Objective To explore and analyze the factors affecting the performance of radiographers on the basis of absorbing domestic and international performance evaluation research results,the study aims to explore the construction of performance evaluation index system for radiographers of tertiary general hospital in Shandong,provide performance evaluation tools for hospital radiographers,and provide a reference for the performance evaluation of medical technicians in public hospitals in China.Methods The literature research method was used to collect the research status and evaluation methods of hospital performance evaluation at home and abroad,and provide theoretical basis for the research.Establish a database of alternative indicators for the radiographer performance evaluation system by consulting the literature and expert interviews.30 radiology and hospital management experts were selected from the tertiary general hospital in Shandong.The Delphi method was used to screen the proposed index system framework,and the reliability of the screening results was ensured through the positive degree of authority,authority and coordination.The mean,standard deviation,full score ratio,and coefficient of variation are used to determine the degree of concentration of expert opinions,and the index screening standard is set to meet the two indicators of importance score mean greater than 3.5 and coefficient of variation less than 0.25.The weight of each level of indicators were determined through analytic hierarchy process,and the random consistency ratio is used to test the consistency of the matrix.Results The consistency analysis showed that the Cronbach coefficients of both questionnaires were greater than 0.7,which had good reliability and validity.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consulting experts reached more than 70%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.88,and the expert coordination degree significance test p was less than 0.05,indicating that the expert opinions were better coordinated and the expert evaluation results were more credible.After two rounds of consultation,the performance evaluation system of radiographers in the tertiary general hospital of Shandong was established with 5 first-level indicators,13 secondary indicators and 41 third-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights and consistency of each index.The CR values are all less than 0.1,and the consistency is acceptable.The weights of the first-level indicators medical work,teaching work,scientific work,satisfaction evaluation,and bonus points are respectively 0.3827,0.2466,0.1204,0.1589,0.0913.Conclusion Based on the performance evaluation theory,this study constructed a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system for radiographers of tertiary general hospital in Shandong,which provided an objective basis for the performance evaluation of radiographers and promoted the enthusiasm of medical technicians.Meanwhile,the study will promote medical and technical personnel to provide better medical services,and further enhance the quality of hospital services. |
