Investigation On Performance Evaluation System Of Administrative Logistics In A Tertiary Hospital From Xinjiang Province

Objective: To investigate and map out an evaluation system of performance in a tertiary hospital's administrative logistics from Xinjiang province by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods.Further,to achieve a more scientific and regular performance evaluation system,terminating the mess together situation.Comprehend the current evaluation system as well as its' drawbacks after conducting a thorough investigation to all administrative departments.Meanwhile,to design,calculate and inference the evaluation process in a stepwise planned way.Methods: This study used systematic literature review,brainstorming,qualitative interview of administrative logistics staff to define the evaluation system.Delphi method and superiority charts were applied to determine the weights of indexes acquired above.Results: Preliminary performance evaluation system of administrative logistics was achieved on the basis of expert consultation,both two rounds of which showed preferable reliability and validity.This study applied preliminary performance evaluation system above,results showed fair practical application.Conclusion: A simple,effective,operable evaluation system was obtained for tertiary hospital's administrative logistics through this study.Every single post of duty's labor value was reflected well by this system,which accorded with the hospital reform policy characterized with optimized human resources structure,reasonable post evaluation,quality of medical service.
