Objective:with the continuous development of medical technology, more and more patients with multiple primary breast and thyroid cancer were found.Through the study of their corresponding clinical characteristics,to find a reasonable basis for their clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:a systematic review of 46 cases of multiple primary breast and thyroid cancer in two centers of Shengjing Hospital and Anshan tumor hospital from 2010 to 2020 was conducted.16 cases were divided into the same time group, and 23 cases were divided into the different time group, according to the incidence interval.100 cases of the merely thyroid cancer and 100 cases of the merely breast cancer were selected from two centers to form the merely thyroid group and the merely breast cancer group. The characteristics of thyroid cancer were the first age, tumor size, multifocality, extrathyroid extension and lymph node metastasis. The characteristics of breast cancer were the first age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor-2(HER-2)and nuclear proliferation antigen(Ki-67).Finally,With SPSS software,?2 test was used to analyze and compare the classified data, and t test was used to measure the data.P<0.05,with statistical significance.Results:1.There was a significant difference in the relationship between groups of thyroid cancer.Older was the age of thyroid cancer in the multiple primary cancer group was than that one(52.41±8.67 vs 48.80±9.88,P=0.035).The tumor diameter in the multiple primary cancer group was smaller than that in the merely thyroid cancer group(0.89±0.51 cm vs 1.23 ±0.85cm,P= 0.003),and tended to be the thyroid microcancer(71.7%vs 48%,P= 0.007),and the difference was statistically significant. In the comparison of the tumor multifocality, the difference was statistically significant between the multiple primary cancer group and the merely thyroid cancer group(50%vs 29%,P=0.014).Thyroid lymph node metastasis was greater in the multiple primary group than in the simple cancer group(39.1%vs 36%P=0.716),but there was no statistical significance.2.There was no statistical difference between the multiple primary cancer group and the merely breast cancer group.3.The correlation between the multiple primary cancer group and the different time group.Higher was the lymph node metastasis rate of thyroid cancer in the same time group than that another(62.5%vs 26.7%,P=0.018),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The patients with multiple primary carcinomas of breast and thyroid are older in the first age, smaller in the tumor diameter and more inclined to micro carcinoma,we should actively deal with the related diagnosis and treatments of breast cancer patients with recurrent thyroid cancer.2.There is no specificity between the multiple primary breast thyroid cancer and the merely breast cancer. It can be treated according to the original treatment in clinical practice, and it is not necessary to be too radical.
