Objective: To study the the expression of oxidative stress index: SOD,HO-1 and 8-OHdG in HBV-GN and if there are some correlations between the oxidative stress index SOD,HO-1,8-OHdG and 24-hour urine protein quantification,glomet,but the relationship between HBV-GN and oxidative stress has not been studied.This paper mainly study the expression of oxidatirular filtration rate,serum creatinine value and urea value in patients with HBV-GN.Methods: Pick 18 patients with HBV-GN were selected as the experimental group,and 25 normal renal tissues from the distal end of renal tumors were taken as the control group.The SOD,HO-1,8-OHdG antibodies in the experimental group and the control group were labeled by immunohistochemical staining.The expression of these antibodies was detected by immunohistochemical semi quantitative analysis,finally,determination of SOD,HO-1,8-ohdG in renal tissue sections by immunohistochemistry in patients with HBV-GN renal tissue and normal renal tissue in hepatitis which was measured by independent-samples T test to detect differences.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze whether these three indexes were related to 24-hour urine protein,glomerular filtration rate,serum creatinine and urea concentration.Result: there was significantly differently between the renal tissue of HBV-GN with the normal control group;and the expression of this three oxidative stress index in the renal tissue of HBV-GN was higher than that of the normal group,P < 0.05 in all three groups,the difference was statistically significant;in the HBV-GN,The expression of HO-1 was positively correlated with glomerular filtration rate(P < 0.05,R = 0.667);There was no correlation between SOD,8-OHdG and24-hour urine protein quantification,glomerular filtration rate,serum creatinine value and urea value.and the HO-1 and 24-hour urine protein quantity,serum creatinine value urea value was also uncorrelated.Conclusion: 1.oxidative stress is related to the occurrence and development of HBV-GN;2.In patients with HBV-GN,the expression of HO-1 is related to glomerular filtration rate,and the high expression of HO-1 is beneficial to improve renal function.
