Objective: With the transformation of the talent training model and the development of the collaborative medical care model, medical education has actively promoted Interprofessional Education in recent years, and has gradually become an indispensable part of the medical system. This study explores the attitudes of Interprofessional Education learning among medical college students, and analyzes the influencing factors affecting the Interprofessional Collaboration ability of medical students.Educators provide important reference in the teaching reform and employment guidance of Interprofessional Education related courses, and develop a Interprofessional Education model suitable for medical students in China. Methods: Authorized to introduce Professor Mc Fadyen's RIPLS,sampling 750 residents in a medical college for the convenience of sampling, using the basic data questionnaire,RIPLS,TCI scale were surveyed.SPSS 17.0 was used to test the reliability and validity of the introduced RIPLS scale, and the influencing factors of interdisciplinary learning attitudes were analyzed by t test, analysis of variance, multiple linear regression and so on.Results: 1.The Cronbach's ? coefficient of the reliability test of the scale was 0.848,and the internal consistency was high.2.The validity test of the scale was verified by factor analysis.Exploratory factor analysis showed that KMO = 0.941,2 = 8614.295,P<0.001,which is very suitable for factor analysis.Four common factors were extracted, and the cumulative variance was 70.279%.3.Single factor analysis proves that the factors which affect the RIPLS score in this study include gender, location of residence, whether or not they have been a student cadre, major, academic performance ranking, and professional satisfaction. The differences are statistically significant(P <0.05);multiple linear regression showed that factors such as high academic performance ranking, clinical majors, satisfaction with the majors studied, and TCI scores were positively correlated with Interprofessional learning attitudes, which had a positive impact. Conclusion: The scores of the RIPLS of the research subjects are good;the TCI scores positively affect the RIPLS scores of the respondents to some extent. The field of medical education should focus on the development of cross-professional education, and improve the teamwork ability among medical students on the basis of professional skills, thereby further improving the level of the medical and health industry.
