The Effect Of Acupuncture At The Yuan Point Of Danjing Of Foot Shaoyang On Skin Temperature

Objective:Through acupuncture on the left Qiuxu point of healthy youth,the characteristics of skin temperature changing with time on the left and right sides of Qiuxu point were observed,and the influence of acupuncture on the left Qiuxu point on acupoint temperature was discussed,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of Qiuxu point in the treatment of skin temperature related diseases.Methods:The subjects of this experiment were healthy young people,all from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine undergraduate and graduate students,a total of 30 cases,including 15 males and 15 females.Between the ages of 18 and 30.The mean age was 23.80±2.81 years.The experiment was conducted at room temperature of 26±1? and humidity of 20%±10%.The subject rested quietly for 40 minutes.After the body temperature was constant,the doctor performed local routine disinfection on the left Qiuxu point.The needle was retained after insertion,and the needle was rotated for 15 seconds after 10 minutes,6 revolutions per second,a total of 90 revolutions,and the needle was removaled after 20 minutes.In subjects quiet rest stage,the application of WN ? 0805 general-purpose digital medical infrared thermal imager to collect the left and the right sides of the Qiuxu point temperature,recoed and statistics every 5 minutes acupoint temperature,point temperature change curve in acupuncture before 40 minutes to 20 minutes stage gradually decline,and 20 minutes before acupuncture began to reach before acupuncture needle requirements the stable temperature,so the point temperature 5 minutes before acupuncture was used as the temperature of the acupoint begore acupuncture.Therefore,statistical software SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the acupoint temperature at 5 minutes before the needle insertion,at the moment of the needle insertion,5 minutes after the needle insertion,10 minutes after the needle insertion,at the moment of the needle stimulation,5 minutes after the needle stimulation(15 minutes after the needle insertion),10 minutes after the needle stimulation(20 minutes after the needle insertion),and 5 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes,20 minutes,25 minutes and 30 minutes after the needle removal.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The influence of acupuncture on the left side of the Qiuxu point on the right side of the Qiuxu point temperture: The acupoint temperture decreased at the moment of needle insertion compred with that cefore acupuncture,but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The acupoint temperture increased for 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the needle insertion,the moment of the needle stimulation,5 minutes and 10 minutes after the needle stimulation,5 minutes,10 minutes and 15 minutes after the needle removal compred with that before acupuncture,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Although the acupoint temperature at 20 minutes,25 minutes and 30 minutes after the needle removal showed a decreasing trend,it was still higher than that before acupuncture,which was statistically significant compred with that before acupuncture(P<0.05).2.The influence of acupuncture on the left side of the Qiuxu point on the right side of the Qiuxu point temperture: The acupoint temperture decreased at the moment of needle insertion compred with that before acupuncture,but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The acupoint temperture increased for 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the needle insertion compred with that before acupuncture,but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The acupoint temperture increased at the moment of needle stimulation,5minutes and 10 minutes after the needle stimulation,5 minutes,10 minutes and 15 minutes after the +needle removal compred with that before acupuncture,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Although the acupoint temperature at 20 minutes,25 minutes and 30 minutes after the needle removal showed a decreasing trend,it was still higher than that before acupuncture,which was statistically significant compred with that before acupuncture(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture on the left side of Qiuxu point can make the trmperture of the left side of Qiuxu point increase gradually when the needle is retained,and continue to increase at the moment of the needle stimulation,after the needle is stimulated and after the needle is removaled.2.Acupuncture on the left side of Qiuxu point can make the trmperture of the left side of Qiuxu point continue to increase at the moment of the needle stimulation,after the needle is stimulated and after the needle is removaled.
