Objective: Through acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,observe the temperature of the acupoints on both sides of Zusanli and Lidui over time,To explore the relationship between gas flow injection and skin temperature changes between the acupoints of the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming and Jing points.Methods:This trial included 60 young subjects,regardless of gender,aged between 18-30 years old,Among them,there were 30 cases in the healthy group,with an average age of 24.96±0.99 years;30 cases in the sub-health group,with an average age of 25.03±0.92 years.The test is carried out at a room temperature of 26±1°C and a humidity of 30%±10%.The two groups use the same method of operation,The subject rested quietly for 40 minutes,After the body temperature stabilizes,During the implementation of the right of way no needle acupuncture Zusanli,after the gas needle.Infrared thermal imaging was used to observe the temperature of the acupoints Zusanli on both sides and Lidui on both sides.Observation content:(1)Early stage of acupuncture: Starting from a quiet rest for 10 minutes,the temperature of the acupoints on both sides of Zusanli and Lidui was measured every 5 minutes.There is no significant difference in the temperature change of each acupuncture point between 30 minutes of rest and 40 minutes of rest,P>0.05,Therefore,the temperature of the acupoints at the point of rest for 40 minutes is taken as the contrast temperature before acupuncture.(2)Acupuncture period: After resting for 40 minutes,the temperature of the acupoints stabilized,acupuncture 1-1.5 cun at Zusanli on the right side,leave the needle for 30 minutes after getting qi,immediately withdraw the needle,and maintain the sitting position for 30 minutes after the needle is withdrawn.The temperature of the acupoints of Zusanli and Lidui on both sides were measured once the needles were left for 2min,10 min,20min,and 30 min to2min,10 min,20min,and 30 min after the needle was ejected.The statistical software IBM SPSS24.0 was used to process the above data by repeated measures analysis of variance,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The effect of acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side on the temperature of acupoints in the healthy group:(1)After acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,the temperature of Zusanli on both sides decreased significantly over time.The temperature of the Zusanli point on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point between 2 min and 30 min after needle withdrawal,P<0.01;The temperature of Zusanli point on the non-acupuncture side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at the time points from 2 min to 30 min after leaving the needle,P<0.01.(2)After acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,the temperature of Lidui points on both sides decreased significantly over time.The temperature at point Lidui on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point between 2 minutes of needle retention and 30 minutes of needle withdrawal,P<0.05;The temperature of Lidui point on the left side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2 min to 30 min after needle withdrawal,P<0.05.2.The effect of acupuncture at the right Zusanli on the temperature of acupoints in the sub-health group:(1)After acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,the temperature of Zusanli on both sides decreased significantly over time.The temperature of Zusanli on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point between 2 min and 30 min after needle retention,P<0.01;The temperature of Zusanli on the non-acupuncture side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture,P<0.01,at each time point from 2 min to30 min after the needle was left.(2)After acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,the temperature of Lidui points on both sides decreased significantly over time.The temperature at point Lidui on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point between 2 minutes of needle retention and 30 minutes of needle withdrawal,P<0.05;The temperature of Lidui point on the left side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2 min to 30 min after needle withdrawal,P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the acupoints of the foot-yangming stomach meridian can reduce the temperature of the sub-healthy youth’s Jing acupoint from the time the needle is left to after the needle.2.Acupuncture at the combined points of the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming can make the temperature of the bilateral combined points and Jing points of this meridian have the effect of lowering the meridian circulation,It is suggested that the meridian gas injection at the acupoints of the Stomach Meridian and Jing at Foot Yangming is correlated with skin temperature.
