| Objective:By observing the curative effect of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit in the treatment of neurotic tinnitus(liver fire disturbing upward),a new idea is provided for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:The collected 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,36 cases were treated using sooth the liver and regulate the spirit acupuncture group.while in the control group,36 cases were treated with conventional acupuncture.At the end of treatment,the tinnitus evaluation scale(TEQ),tinnitus Disability Assessment Scale(THI),and anxiety self rating scale(SAS)were used for observation,and the observed data were collated to compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:This experiment included 72 patients,11 patients shedding,31 in the final treatment group and 30 in the control group.1.After treatment,the overall effective rate was 83.87% in the soothing liver qi and regulating spirit acupuncture group;and 76.67% in the conventional acupuncture group.With a test P<0.05,the difference is significant,which indicates that soothing liver qi and regulating spirit acupuncture group has a better efficacy in the treatment of neurotic tinnitus(the syndrome of liver fire upward interference).2.After treatment,the within group comparison of TEQ scores,THI scores,and SAS scores between the two groups gave P<0.05,indicating that the two groups had an effect;the between group comparison of the two groups gave P<0.05,indicating that the soothing liver qi and regulating spirit acupuncture group had a better effect in reducing the TEQ scores,THI scores,and SAS scores of the patients.Conclusion:The treatment of neurotic tinnitus(liver fire disturbing upward)by soothing the liver and regulating the spirit acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture both have curative effect,but the treatment of tinnitus with soothing the liver and regulating the spirit acupuncture group is better.It can provide a reference scheme for clinical treatment of neurotic tinnitus(liver fire disturbing upward). |
