Clinical Observation Of Liangxueshufeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris At The Progressive Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Liangxueshufeng Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgarisMethods:70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group took orally the Liangxueshufeng Decoction,200ml in the morning and 200ml in the evening respectively,and the control group took orally six Xiaoyin capsules,three times a day,half an hour after the meal.Two groups of patients were treated with Tacalcitol Ointment twice a day.The therapeutic effect was observed and recorded at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Spss19.0 statistical software was used for data analysisResults:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of pruritus and PASI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group is 82.86%,and that of the control group is 71.43%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The clinical control study shows that the Liangxueshufeng Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the progressive stage(blood-heat type).
