Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction Intervention In The Treatment Of Thromboangiitis Obliterans(Damp-heat Betting Type)

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(damp-heat bolus type),and to provide a Chinese medicine treatment plan with significant curative effect that is worthy of clinical promotion for the clinical treatment of moist-heat bolus-type thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods: Patients with thromboangiitis obliterans who were admitted to the Department of Vascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected,and a total of 30 clinical observation subjects who met the diagnostic criteria and atinclusion criteria were selected.For example,according to the sequence of visits,the random number table is simply randomized,the odd numbers are assigned to the treatment group,and the even numbers are assigned to the control group,each with 15 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the treatment group were combined with blood circulation and detoxification based on conventional treatment.Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The treatment period of the two groups of patients is 3 weeks.Observe and record the indicators and clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients during treatment,and compare the changes before and after treatment.By observing the main clinical signs and symptoms(the degree of pain,skin color,skin temperature,lameness distance,etc.),the changes of ABI,percutaneous partial oxygen pressure and CRP before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(damp-heat betting type).Results: After 21 days of clinical treatment in the two groups,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.7%,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control Group;on the clinical symptom score,the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;ABI in both groups were improved after treatment,and P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,both dimensions can improve body flow,but to improve the effect is not obvious,and the two groups have no explicit left vision;after treatment,the improvement of percutaneous oxygen partial pressure and CRP in the control group was inferior to that in the treatment group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;no adverse effects occurred during the treatment The response and safety indications were normal.Conclusions: 1.Huoxue Jiedu Decoction has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(damp-heat betting type),and it has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms,collateral circulation supplies blood and inhibit inflammatory response.2.During the treatment of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction There are no adverse reactions.Huoxue Jiedu Decoction is safe and available.
