Clinical Research On Thromboangitis Obliterans Treated By The Optimized Protocol Of Integrated TCM And WM

Objective:Observation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment optimization of thromboangiitis obliterans of patients and effect on the influence of various physical and chemical indexes and assessing the safety, and traditional alternatives, for the treatment of thrombosis obliterans provide reasonable optimization scheme.Method:Using random number table method63cases were divided into two groups, in order to optimize the scheme for the treatment group (31cases, fall off after1case), traditional case as control group, to two groups of overall efficacy, wound curative effect, blood rheology, ABI and subjective symptoms change with observations. At the same time observed before and after treatment project, the general medical three conventional (blood, urine, and conventional), liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, the change of the safety index, evaluation for related adverse reactions.Result:The overall efficacy rate in:treatment group were93.33%and83.63%, the treatment group than in control group (p<0.05); Wound curative effect effective rate of:treatment group were96.55%and76.67%, the observation group was better than control group (P<0.05); Two groups of blood rheology, ABI obviously improved, and other indexes the observation group than in the control groups. Two groups of safety index before and after treatment were not significantly abnormal, treatment process without any obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment optimization of thromboangiitis obliterans patients’overall efficacy and wound curative effect is distinct, on hemorheology ABI, improved, and are better than traditional scheme.2. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment optimization scheme can markedly improve thromboangiitis obliterans patients subjective symptoms, and better than traditional scheme.3. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment optimization no obvious adverse reaction, clinical application security.
