Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Alopecia Areata Due To Liver And Kidney Deficiency With Songqi Shengfa Decoction And Shengfa Liniment

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Songqi Shengfa Decoction combined with hair growth lotion in the treatment of hepatorenal deficiency alopecia areata,and to provide a more effective method for clinical treatment.Methods:In this study,60 AA patients who met the inclusion criteria in the dermat-ology outpatient department of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases each,and 60 AA patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.On the basis of topical hair growth lotion,the treatment group was given oral Songqi Shengfa Decoction,and the control group was given compound glycyrrhizic acid tablets.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared according to the general condition,the degree of skin lesions,the severity of TCM symptoms,the degree of influence on quality of life,the dermatoscopic image characteristics and the change of relevant scores before and after treatment.Result:There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,score of skin lesion degree before and after treatment,score of TCM symptoms and DLQI score between the two groups(p>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.2.After treatment,the score of skin lesion degree between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome severity in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.4.After treatment,the DLQI scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,indicating that the quality of life of the patients in the two groups was significantly improved.The DLQI scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P=0.012<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.5.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of dermatoscopic mirror characteristics between the two groups(P=0.045<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.6.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups were significantly improved.The total effective rate of skin lesions in the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of patients in the control group was86.7%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.007<0.05).Conclusion:1.Songqi Shengfa Decoction combined with Shengfa lotion can significtly improve the degree of skin lesions and TCM symptoms of patients with alopecia areata due to liver and kidney deficiency,and improve the quality of life.2.Songqi Shengfa Decoction combined with Shengfa liniment is safe and effective in the treatment of alopecia areata due to liver and kidney deficiency,and is worthy of promotion.
