Clinical Observation Of Adding Or Subtracting HuoPuxialing Tang In The Treatment Of Obesity Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Phlegm Dampness And Heat Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective :To observe the safety and clinical efficacyefficacy of Huo Puxialingtang in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes,and to further explore the diagnosis and treatment ideas and traditional chinese medicine selection for T2 DM,so as to provide a method with prominent curative effect,easy to promotion and application for clinical treatment,which summarize clinical experience.Methods:In this study,76 obese subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included in the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.They were divided into control group and treatment group by establishing a random number table.The treatment group was treated with Huopu Xialing decoction combined with gliclazide sustained-release tablets,while the control group was only treated with gliclazide sustained-release tablets.The observation lasted for 2 weeks,a total of 3 courses.FBGF,2hbg,BMI,waist circumference,Hb Alc,finsf,IRI and TCM syndrome score quantitative table were comprehensively evaluated before and after treatment,and safety indicators were monitored before and after treatment.Results:1.76 patients were included,5 cases were exfoliated in the treatment group,33 were effective,the completion ratio was 86.84%;4 cases were abscision in the control group,34 cases were effective,the completion ratio was 89.47%;the total completion ratio was88.15%.2.Before treatment,the two groups analyzed and compared the factors of sex,age and course of disease,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours after meal blood glucose,body mass index,waist circumference,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index of the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the decrease of FBGF,2h BG,BMI,Hb Alc,finsf and IRI in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the waist circumference data between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).3.The analysis of TCM syndrome integral quantitative table: in terms of thirst,drink more,defecation frequency,stool situation,upset,hand and foot heart heat,abdominal distension,heavy head and body difficulty,less Qi lazy speech,fatigue and fatigue,the treatment group has better effect on relieving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Clinical observation and analysis of safety indicators: during the treatment,the observation scale(three routine,renal and liver function,ECG)of the two groups was tested,and there was no difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huopu Xialing decoction combined with gliclazide sustained-release tablets has a good hypoglycemic effect on obesity type 2 diabetes of phlegm dampness stagnation heat syndrome.Compared with simple western medicine treatment,it can significantly improve the obesity and clinical symptoms of patients,and there is no adverse reaction,which indicates that the prescription is safe and worthy of clinical application.
