The Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Pingwei Powder In The Treatment Of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Pingwei Powder on patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and to explore its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:30 cases with primary Sjogren's syndrome which conformed to the study were treated with Jiawei Pingwei Powder for 8 weeks,150 ml twice a day in the morning and evening.To observe before and after treatment of dry mouth,dry eye VAS scores,Sjogren's Disease Activity Index(ESSDAI)scores,Schirmer I test results,TCM syndrome scores,and C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)indicators changes,comparative analysis,statistical results using SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can effectively improve the patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.The total effective rate of TCM reached 86.67% after 8 weeks of treatment.2.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can effectively reduce the dry mouth,dry eyes VAS score and ESSDAI score in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and the results before and after treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can improve the secretory function of lacrimal gland in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and increase the Schirmer I test value.The results before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and the results before and after treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can reduce the levels of C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampnesssyndrome,and the results before and after treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can effectively relieve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness.2.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can improve the lacrimal gland secretion function in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp syndrome.3.Jiawei Pingwei Powder can reduce the index levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM).
