Clinical Observation On Auricular Point Needle Treatment Of Hypertension (Phlegm-Dampness Internal Resistance Type) With Press-Acupuncture

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of on blood pressurend TC M syndromes in patients with phlegm-dampness-resistant hyperte nsion.Methods:Cases selected from November 2017 to December 2019 in the first hospital affiliated to heilongjiang university of Chinese m edicine had cardiovascular disease outpatient clinic of phlegm w et resistance hypertension patients a total of 50 cases,the grou ps before and after using their own after comparison method,th e group of former patients through the low salt,low fat diet,o ral and other symptomatic treatment,normal blood pressure drug s into the group of patients after continue to use before treatm ent,on the basis of the cooperate to press the needle treatment,press the needle treatment selection system of the heart,spleen,kidney,sympathetic,endocrine,step-down ditch,and with the c ondition changes along with the card to add and subtract,burie d on the 10-15 minutes after needle,period of treatment,a tota 1 of 4 weeks.To observe the changes of blood pressure and TC M syndrome score before and after treatment.SPSS22.0 was use d for statistical analysisResults:1.Comparison of blood pressure:after treatment,the blood pressu re of patients decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).which was statistically significant.Curative effect:the total effective rate was 79.17%,including 13 cases of obvious effect,25 cases of ef fective effect and 10 cases of ineffective effect2.Comparison of TCM syndromes:the TCM syndrome score of pat ients after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Curative effect:the effecti ve rate after treatment was 87.50%,including 16 cases with obvious e ffect,26 cases with effective effect and 6 cases with ineffective effec t.Conclusion:1.The heart,spleen,kidney,sympathetic point,endocrine and anti hypertensive sulcus of auricular acupoints were selected for press-acup uncture therapy,which can reduce the blood pressure of patients with phlegm and dampness internal resistance hypertension.2.The heart,spleen,kidney,sympathetic point,endocrine and anti hypertensive groove of auricular acupoints were selected for press-acup uncture therapy,which can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with phlegm and dampness internal resistance hypertension and improve the quality of life of the patients.
