Factors Influencing Doctors' Willingness Of Doctor Multi-sited Practice In Guangzhou Public Hospitals And Guidance Strategies

China's high-quality medical and health personnel are mainly distributed in large and medium-sized public hospitals,and grass-roots hospitals are difficult to attract and retain high-quality medical and health personnel due to the relatively low level of medical technology and lack of good medical equipment,which further aggravates the distribution of medical and health resources.In order to promote the flow of doctors to the grassroots and society,the state has introduced policies to encourage doctors to practice more.Guangdong Province was one of the provinces that implemented the multi-sited practice policy for doctors earlier.Guangzhou has implemented the multi-sited practice policy for doctors for five years,but the implementation effect is still not satisfactory,mainly because the number of registered multi-sited practice doctors is far Less than the number of qualified doctors.As the main body of doctors' multi-sited practice policy,doctors study the doctor's willingness to practice multi-sited practice and the factors that affect their willingness,which will help promote the further implementation of multi-sited practice policy,alleviate the imbalance of medical and health resources distribution,and improve the public's health.This article analyzes the current status of multi-sited practice at home and abroad by collecting and collating documents,policies and theoretical studies related to multi-sited practice,and summarizes the results of domestic and foreign research on doctors' multi-sited practice willingness and influencing factors.From the literature research,it is concluded that the factors that affect physicians' willingness to practice at multiple points are policy factors,organizational factors,and personnel factors.Based on this,a questionnaire is designed to distribute 650 copies to licensed doctors in public hospitals in Guangzhou.Questionnaire.Through the analysis of the multi-index multi-factor model(MIMIC)in the structural equation model,the four variable indicators of doctors' understanding of policies,the degree of approval of policy publicity,the frequency of policy exchange with peers and the willingness to practice can be used to measure the number of physicians.The willingness to practice,and the doctor's health status,income satisfaction,work fatigue,the degree of perfection of laws and regulations,the degree of perfection of multi-sited practice software and hardware equipment,and the status of multi-sited practicing physicians are legallyrecognized.According to the above analysis conclusions,from the perspective of health governance and public hospital governance theory,it is proposed to improve the working mode and working environment of doctors and improve the health of doctors;rationally adjust the income of doctors,enhance the willingness to practice at multiple points with economic incentives;standardize multi-sited practice admission and supervision,optimization of relevant laws and regulations,protection of doctors' legitimate rights and interests,and other suggestions and measures to increase physicians' multi-sited practice will.
