Study On The Influencing Factors Of Tertiary Hospital Of Tcm Physicians' Multi-sited Practice At Community In Zhengzhou City

ObjectiveThe TCM physicians from tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou City were nvestigated after the doctors officially practiced more than 6 to 8 months,and the following objectives were achieved:(1)Understand the policies and status quo of multi-sited practice and community-based TCM health services,and reveal the main problems.(2)Incorporating the factors that influence people's behavior in organizational behavior into the survey of influencing factors of multi-sited practice in TCM practitioners,and to understand the willingness and concerns from the aspects of physiology,psychology,culture,the internal environment of the organization,and the organization's external environment.(3)Analyze the differences in influencing factors among medical personnel in different backgrounds such as gender,age,and job title;P ut forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions based on the key influencing factors,and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine service in the community.Methods(1)Document AnalysisThrough the websites of the Chinese Government Network,National Health Commission of the PRC,the Health and Family Planning Commission of Henan Provincce,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the PRC,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration of Henan Province,we have fully understood the contents of the health system reform,and focused on the focus on the policies of physicians' multi-sited practice.(2)Questionnaire370 TCM physicians of the tertiary TCM hospitals in Zhengzhou were surveyed by the “questionnaire of community multi-sited practice of TCM physicians”.The questionnaires were distributed and recovered on site to understand the willingness and concerns of the TCM practitioners.To held the relevant factors of the TCM physicians' multi-sited practice and screen out the key factors.(3)Statistical AnalysisChecked the completeness of the questionnaire and inputed the survey data.The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis,independent sample T-tests,Analysis of variance,multiple comparison of LSD and multiple comparison of Dunnett C,etc.ResultThis study compared and analyzed the factors such as different hospitals,different departments,and individual backgrounds of TCM physicians,which from the five levels and overall scores of the questionnaire,and the results are as follows:(1)At present,the number of TCM physicians who had registered multi-sited practice is relatively small.(2)There is no significant difference in the intention of the TCM physicians' multi-sited practice between different hospitals and different departments.(3)The male physicians of TCM had more positive intentions in multi-sited practice at community.(4)With the increase of age,the willingness of the TCM physicians' multi-sited practice has gradually increased.The willingness of the “under 30s” group was significantly lower than that of others.(5)The married physicians of TCM had more positive intentions in multi-sited practice at community.(6)The higher the degree of TCM physicians,the stronger the willingness to conduct multi-sited practice at community.The willingness of the “doctoral degree” group was significantly higher than that of others.(7)The higher the title level of TCM physicians,the higher the overall score.The willingness of the “primary title” group was significantly lower than that of others.(8)There is a parabola form between TCM physicians' multi-sited practice intention and monthly income.The willingness of the “middle-income” group was significantly lower than that of others.ConclusionThrough the SWOT analysis of the TCM physicians' multi-sited practice,the following conclusions were drawn: In terms of strengths,TCM physicians have unique traditional advantages in multi-sited practice,and it will be able to play a new advantage in the areas of “medical support and integration” and “family doctor signing services”.In terms of Weaknesses,there is an imbalance between supply and demand between Chinese medicine practitioners and patients.In terms of opportunities,the TCM physicians' resistance to multi-sited practice has decreased,and the government has increased support for Chinese medicine.In terms of the threats,the supporting policies of TCM physicians' multi-sited practice are not perfect,and the range is relatively narrow.The TCM Physicians,public hospitals and community health service institutions should jointly improve the environment of TCM Physicians' Multi-sited practice at Community,to enhance the enthusiasm of TCM Physicians,and promote the development of Chinese medicine services in community.
