Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Chengdu Community Hospital Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

With China's rapid economic development,the demand for medical public health is also increasing.From William Wang,China,medical health has developed rapidly and achieved some good results.The life expectancy of the population has reached the level of some developed countries,about 75 years old.However,due to the complex and changeable society,medical treatment has also attracted various contradictions and disputes.For example,at present,China still has the problems of difficult and expensive medical treatment.These problems have become obstacles to the quality and convenience of medical care in China.Also as a cornerstone in the process of health care reform.In 2009,the state gave the social subject a modern market environment,and put forward a reform and development strategy for medical treatment according to the development law and changes of public health demand.Moreover,it is required that the relevant medical system must be implemented to cover the entire rural area.After the public health service is improved,the medical system of the community-centered health service center will go further and become an intermediate platform for isolation and avoidance.In view of this situation,exploring and studying the management system of China's medical and health undertakings and related service systems has become a hot topic and an important part of China's special medical and health services.Community health service is the belief that the local government adheres to the people-oriented principle in carrying out the new medical reform.It has good creativity and enthusiasm.It has made a relatively large attempt to create new health care services.It is of great significance to explore the development of health care in the new transformation.It has made great contributions to the construction and research of health care.Timely combing of relevant experiences is the current basic condition.This article mainly aims at the community hospitals in Chengdu as the main object,carries on the research exploration,under the new medical reform background,uses the system theory and the method.Based on the current situation of community hospital management in Chengdu,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on 5 administrative regions of Chengdu City Based on the decoding of interview data from community health service organizations,this paper explores the operation mechanism,existing problems and their causes of Chengdu community hospital management.Finally,based on the above analysis results,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the management of Chengdu community hospital,explores the Chengdu community hospital management operation mechanism and the existence question,seeks the community hospital management strategy and the path under the new medical reform background,thus provides the theory support and the empirical basis for the community hospital under the new medical reform background to better display the social public health service function and other cities community hospital management.
