Research Purpose:Explore the effect of Meditation therapy intervention on anxiety of preoperative state of patients undergoing colonoscopy for the first time,as well as the effect on blood pressure and pulse;whether they can relieve the pain and shorten the time of entering the mirror,so as to provide support for the patient to complete the colonoscopy Nursing,at the same time provide a basis for the clinical application of Meditation therapy.Research Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,135 patients who underwent colonoscopy for the first time in the digestive endoscopy center of a tertiary A hospital from January to July2019 were selected and grouped by random number table method,of which test group 67 There were 68 cases in the control group. The general data questionnaire and state trait anxiety scale were used to collect baseline data of the two groups of study subjects. The baseline data includes:the patient's gender, age, education level, marital status, abdominal surgery history, state anxiety score, trait anxiety score, blood pressure, and pulse. The control group used conventional psychological care before colonoscopy;the test group implemented Meditation therapy on the basis of the control group. After the intervention, the state anxiety scale was used to evaluate the state anxiety of the two groups of subjects;the blood pressure and pulse of the two groups of subjects were measured at the same time;the visual analog score was used to evaluate the degree of pain during the examination;the two groups of patients were measured during the examination The time of entering the mirror;use the Likert 5 grade to score the degree of cooperation during the patient's examination.SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data, with P<0.05 as the test standard.Research Results:Before the intervention, there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of gender, age, education level, marital status, history of abdominal surgery, blood pressure, pulse, state anxiety score, and trait anxiety score(P> 0.05),and the baseline data were consistent. After the intervention was completed, the state anxiety score, blood pressure, pulse, pain score, time of entering the mirror and intraoperative coordination of the experimental group and the control group were compared. The results showed that the state anxiety score, pain score, time of entering the mirror and intraoperative The difference betweenthe two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in blood pressure and pulse(P> 0.05);the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the intervention, and the results showed that the control After intervention, the state anxiety score was significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the control group before and after intervention in blood pressure and pulse(P>0.05).The state anxiety of the experimental group after intervention The score was significantly reduced and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the blood pressure and pulse test groups before and after intervention(P> 0.05);the difference between the two groups before and after intervention showed that the state anxiety score after intervention In the experimental group, the test group was significantly more reduced than the control group. The difference between the two groups before and after intervention was statistically significant(P <0.05).In terms of systolic blood pressure and pulse, the difference between the two groups before and after intervention No significant difference(P> 0.05)difference.Research Conclusion:Meditation therapy can effectively improve the preoperative state anxiety level of patients undergoing first colonoscopy, and Meditation therapy can effectively relieve the painful stimulation during the colonoscopy, shorten the time for colonoscopy and improve the cooperation of the subject, but it has no significant effect on the blood pressure and pulse of the subject before surgery.Meditation therapy is a simple and easy-to-use psychological relaxation training method that has good feasibility and significant effect before colonoscopy. It is recommended to promote its use in clinical colonoscopy.
