Objectives1.Based on the theory of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,a comprehensive nursing intervention scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for T2 DM with deficiency of both qi and yin is constructed to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of T2 DM with deficiency of both qi and yin by using the comprehensive nursing scheme of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Through clinical randomized controlled study, the intervention effect of TCM comprehensive nursing scheme for T2 DM with deficiency of both qi and yin was discussed,so as to be applied in the treatment of improving clinical symptoms of patients.MethodsUsing literature analysis and expert meeting discussion,to construct TCM external treatment nursing scheme for T2 DM with deficiency of both qi and yin.84 cases of T2 DM patients with deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. The control group received routine nursing including diet, exercise, psychological nursing,self-monitoring,medication guidance, diabetes emergency treatment and prevention of diabetic foot. The intervention group was given TCM comprehensive nursing for 4 weeks on this basis. Before the intervention, after the first week of the intervention, after the second week of the intervention, after the third week of the intervention and after the fourth week of the intervention, the TCM syndrome score table, diabetes specific scale, general quality of life scale data, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the subjects were collected, and the changes of TCM syndrome score, blood glucose and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared by repeated measurement variance.Results1.Based on the theory of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,a comprehensive nursing intervention program of traditional Chinese medicine for T2 DM patients with deficiency of both qi and yin was established.2.Comparison of therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes between the two groups of subjects:after rank sum test, the total effective rates of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group in terms of burnout and fatigue(Z=-2.693,P<0.01),polyphagia and hunger(Z=-2.478,P=0.013),spontaneous sweat(Z=-2.204,P=0.027),night sweat(Z=-2.852,P<0.01)and dry mouth and thirst(Z=-2.506,P=0.012),with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome points between the two groups of subjects: TCM syndrome points of the two groups of subjects showed a downward trend with the intervention.repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect(F=8.432),grouping effect(F=8.705)and interaction effect(F=5.327)of TCM syndrome points of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).4.Comparison of blood glucose between the two groups of subjects: fasting blood glucoseand 2h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups of subjects showed a downward trend with the intervention.repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect(F=13.588,F=8.744),grouping effect(F=3.921,F=8.082)and interaction effect(F=6.180,F=2.591)of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups of patients had statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the quality of life between the two groups of subjects: the diabetes-specific quality of life score of the two groups of subjects showed a downward trend with the intervention.the score of the scale was negatively correlated with the quality of life.repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect(F=28.978),grouping effect(F=21.943)and interaction effect(F=2.341)of the diabetes-specific quality of life score of the two groups of patients had statistical significance(p<0.05).The general quality of life scores of the two groups of subjects did not change significantly with the intervention.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect(F=2.690),grouping effect(F=0.004)and interaction effect(F=0.852)of the general quality of life scores of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Based on the theory of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,a comprehensive nursing intervention program of traditional Chinese medicine for T2 DM with deficiency of both qi and yin has been established.2.The application of TCM comprehensive nursing scheme can improve the symptoms of T2 DM patients with deficiency of both qi and yin, reduce blood sugarand improve the quality of life of patients. |
