Against the background of poverty alleviation,"healthy poverty alleviation" has become an effective solution to the problem of poverty returning to poverty caused by disease in rural areas.Health poverty alleviation is a measure to the problem of poverty caused by illness in rural areas and can effectively curb the problem of poverty caused by health problems in rural areas.While improving the quality of life and living conditions of rural residents,it also guarantees the life and health rights of poor and vulnerable groups of farmers.At the same time,it also enables rural residents to have the same rights as urban residents to enjoy public resources,which is a process of fair enjoyment of public resources.At present,at the national level,the party and the state attach great importance to the health of the people.Therefore,considering how to get rid of poverty from the perspective of disease-induced poverty is of great significance for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing poverty alleviation for all.Theoretically speaking,solving the rural poverty caused by disease can enrich the externality theory and the related content of poverty and anti-poverty theory.In a practical sense,the emphasis on poverty alleviation through healthy means will,to a large extent,not only enhance the fruitful achievements in poverty alleviation,but also ensure the realization of the major strategic goals of "healthy China 2030".Shenyang city,liaoning province,as the old industrial base in northeast China,has suffered from slow economic development in recent years,and its economic level is backward in China.The poor population also accounts for a large proportion of the total number of people who need to be lifted out of poverty,and health causes poverty has become the leading poverty reason.The purpose of this paper is to pass down from multiple perspectives analysis rural health poverty alleviation effect on precision of poverty alleviation in shenyang,a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the sick and the poor,and combining with precise survey data for poverty alleviation in liaoning province to study of the related data of the two,to effectively implement the accurate povertyalleviation policy in liaoning province,gives the reference for comprehensive control measures to reduce poverty.The author made qualitative and quantitative analysis and research on the disease and disability status and poverty level in rural areas of liaoning province by using the targeted poverty alleviation evaluation survey data and relevant econometric models,and drew relevant conclusions.The purpose of this study is to find out the influencing factors of the high incidence of disease and disability in rural areas.Analyze the characteristics of the proportion relationship between rural medical consumption expenditure and total household expenditure and the correlation between other variables;The present situation of labor force level of sick and disabled group;To explore the reverse transformation process of poverty caused by disease and disease caused by poverty.Draw relevant conclusions,solve the problem of illness,disability and poverty from multiple perspectives,such as medical security,living environment and modern agricultural science and technology to find a solution.
