Study On The Optimization Of Health Poverty Alleviation Path In Xiaojie Town Of Wenshan Prefecture

Since the eighteen Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to tackling poverty alleviation.In order to achieve the grand goal of eradicating poverty in 2020,China's poverty alleviation work has been pushed forward unprecedentedly.In this struggle to eradicate poverty in an all-round well-off society and modernization drive,"poverty due to illness and poverty due to illness" have become the "blocking stone" of poverty alleviation in poor areas in border areas.? "Healthy poverty alleviation" is a new type of poverty alleviation project proposed by the state in order to break through this problem and successfully achieve targeted poverty alleviation.The "healthy poverty alleviation" project is not only an indispensable and important measure on the way out of poverty,but also lays a solid foundation for the realization of the important strategy of "healthy China 2030".Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to conduct in-depth study on the problems and dilemmas in the specific implementation of the health poverty alleviation policy in the border poverty-stricken areas,and to explore and optimize the path of the health poverty alleviation work,whether to solve the current practical problems or to achieve the national strategic goals.The author takes Wenshan Xiaojie Town,a poverty-stricken border area,as the research object,and conducts in-depth investigation and interview in this area.It is found that the health poverty alleviation work at this stage has significantly improved the health status of the residents of Xiaojie Town,but there are still many problems and difficulties in the process of work implementation.In the poverty-stricken border areas,due to the inaccurate functional positioning and limited capacity of local governments,resulting in the shortage of funds and talents,and the lack of top-level design and management fragmentation,the policy can not be fully implemented,the uneven distribution of medical resources causes the dissatisfaction of grass-roots diagnosis and treatment results,and the health poverty alleviation work can not achieve the expected results.This requires us to explore a precise and efficientimplementation path of health poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas in the border areas,to make overall planning from the macro level of health poverty alleviation,and to formulate appropriate local supporting policies for poverty-stricken areas in the border areas.Local governments should adopt multi-faceted cooperation to realize the diversification of poverty alleviation subjects,so as to alleviate the pressure of local governments on finance,equipment and talents,and make more use of them Department and multi organization linkage improves the efficiency of policy implementation and reduces the cost of policy implementation.We should also consider the constraints of various factors on the work of health poverty alleviation.For example,the low level of education in the poverty-stricken areas in the border areas leads to the villagers' lack of understanding and acceptance of the policies,and the limited traffic caused by the natural environment makes the medical treatment rate in the remote areas continue to be low,which requires joint cultural education and infrastructure improvement to ensure the effective implementation of the work of health poverty alleviation.
