Analysis Of The Impact Of Serious Diseases On The Poverty Of Residents

Disease affects the welfare level of residents and plays a vital role in the operation and development of the social economy.As the morbidity and mortality of various diseases continue to rise and the average medical cost of the disease increases rapidly,the disease has had many negative effects on the entire family.After China's "two hundred years" struggle goal and the goal of "completely alleviating poverty in 2020",it has become a top priority to solve the problem of residents returning to poverty due to illness and "poorness due to illness".Therefore,this article takes the major diseases as the starting point,takes the change of family poverty as the foothold,and deeply explores the impact of disease on the family economy,which is of great significance both in theory and in practice.On the basis of reviewing the research results of scholars at home and abroad,based on the related theories of economics and medicine,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of action-induced poverty;adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,The current situation of poverty and the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors,to find out the current drivers of poverty in the face of severe illness;then,through empirical methods to analyze the impact of severe illness on residents' poverty,and the results of the full-text research On the basis of this,it puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,and is committed to solving the problems of “poorness due to illness” and “returning to poverty due to illness”,raising the welfare level of residents,making poverty alleviation policies practical,and promoting residents' living and social economy.Coordinated development.The main research contents and results of the article are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the statistical data of the incidence,survival rate and mortality of various severe diseases in China over the years,it is concluded that the overall national health level of our country has decreased,and the probability of residents suffering from severe illness has increased.The poverty caused by illness has buried hidden dangers.(2)Combining poverty theory,health theory and disease risk theory,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of severe illness on residents' poverty,mainly by aggravating the family's economic burden,labor burden and mental burden,resulting in a decline in household income capacity and material capital reduction.Residents are caught in poverty.(3)On the basis of the impact of the disease on the poverty of the residents,the article comprehensively analyzes the current influencing factors of residents' poverty in the face of severe illness shocks,and demonstrates the current situation of residents' medical treatment,income,and medical expenses.And the social security system will have an impact on the family's economic situation.(4)Under the framework of the analysis of various driving factors in the face of heavy illness shocks,the article selected the China Health and Nutrition Tracking Survey(CHNS)in 1997-2000,2000 for the specific impact of severe illness on residents' dynamic poverty.-Data from six phases of 2004,2004-2006,2006-2009,2009-2011,and 2011-2015,adding reasonable control variables,and using the binary Logit model to conduct empirical analysis of six models in turn.The empirical results show that the effect of “poor illness due to illness” does exist,and this effect is getting smaller and smaller with the year,and families with severe illness have a chance of at least 30% higher than those without severe illness.Plunge into poverty.(5)On the basis of the above research and analysis,the article starts from the four aspects of residents' income ability,medical service facilities,social security system and human capital,in view of the problem that Chinese residents are “poor due to illness” and “returning to poverty due to illness”.In accordance with the different roles played by the government,township enterprises and residents themselves,corresponding solutions and feasible methods have been proposed to provide guidance for effectively solving the problem of poverty alleviation.
