Objective: to analyze the clinical data of blood flow from low coagulation to high coagulation in patients with perigenicular fracture monitored by Thromboelastography(TEG),and to find out its variation pattern,so asto provide reference for the starting time of anticoagulation treatment for patients with perigenicular fracture. Methods: from December 2017 to December 2019,a total of 85 cases of patients hospitalized for perigenicular fracture and undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were prospectively studied.Gender and age of all patients were recorded, and TEG examination was performed at 6 hours,12 hours,18 hours and 24 hours after surgery. The effects of sex and age on the clotting status of blood at different time were compared.Results:(1)sex did not significantly affect the comprehensive status of coagulation:P=0.594>(2)age also did not significantly affect the comprehensive status of coagulation: P=0.287>(3)postoperative detection time can significantly affect the comprehensive state of coagulation. The comprehensive state of coagulation at 12 hours after surgery was significantly higher than that at 6 hours after surgery(B=3.455,OR=31.66),indicating that the comprehensive state of coagulation at 12 hours after surgery was 31.66 times higher than that at 6 hours after surgery. The comprehensive state of coagulation at 18 hours after the operation was significantly higher than that at 6 hours after the operation,B=1.612,OR=5.01,indicating that the comprehensive state of coagulation at 18 hours after the operation was 5.01 times higher than that at 6 hours after the operation. The comprehensive state of coagulation at 24 hours after surgery was significantly higher than that at 6 hours after surgery(B=1.623,OR=5.07),indicating that the comprehensive state of coagulation at 24 hours after surgery was 5.07 times higher than that at 6 hours after surgery.Above comprehensive analysis results can accuratelyknow, for a week of knee fracture patients,24 hours after surgery, each line interval 6hours TEG detection can be concluded that the class within 24 hours after surgery patients, and postoperative 6 hours,18 hours after operation, postoperative 24 hours a day, compared to 12 hours after coagulation comprehensive state(CI)highest grade,at this time to give these patients anticoagulation, weeks can better prevent knee fracture patients postoperative thrombosis. Conclusion: TEG results showed that the blood of patients with perigenicular fracture was in the extreme state of hypercoagulability within 24 hours after surgery and12 hours after surgery. At this time, prophylaxis treatment could significantly reduce the probability of thrombosis and further reduce the incidence of fatal pulmonary embolism.
