Objective:Through retrospective study of inpatients with deep vein thrombosis in Hebei General Hospital within 3 years.Analysis the clinical features and risk factors in patients with LEDVT.Provide a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of patients with clinical LEDVT,to determine the treatment plan,to prevent the occurrence of thrombosis and follow-up of patients with thrombosis.Method:Collect and organize 2021 hospitalized patients who underwent color Doppler ultrasonography and confirmed LEDVT from July 2014 to June 2017 in Hebei General Hospital.Record the LEDVT patient's gender, age, hospital department, lesions, involving the scope and so on.And retrospective analysis of the above information.SPSS 21.0 and Excel2003 statistical software were used to analyze the gender, age, lesion location, type of thrombus and related risk factors,The measurement data is represented by x+s,and the count data is represented by the ratio or composition ratio. The x2 test was performed on the count data, and a statistical difference was considered when p<0.05.Results:Among LEDVT patients, there were 982 male patients and 1,039 female patients. The ratio of male to female patients was 1:1.05.The prevalence of male and female patients was not statistically significant(p >0.05).Patients with thrombosis are mainly 19-92 years old.The average age was(59.88±15.92)years old,1714 patients> 40 years old,The proportion is 84%,Significantly higher than?40 years old patients.LEDVT easily affect the left lower limb,In this study of 2021 patients with LEDVT,thrombosis occurred only in 944 cases(46.71%)of the left lower limb, and only 324 cases(16.03%)occurred in the right lower limb,Occurred in 753 cases of both lower extremities(37.26%).There was a statistically significant difference between these three groups(p <0.01).The highest incidence of left leg LEDVT,Including the vein to the calf muscle is the most common vein. The thrombus type was central type, peripheral type and mixed type. The incidence rate of thrombus was 7.0%,68.0% and 25.0% respectively, with the most peripheral type, which was significantly higher than other types(p <0.01).89.6% of patients had risk factors. The most common risk factors were age> 40 years(84.81%),Surgery or trauma(41.90%),Hypertension(40.97%),Bedridden or less active(39.83%),Elevated blood lipids(33.34%),Cerebrovascular disease(31.52%),malignant tumor(29.14%),smoking(28.35%),Obesity(27.51%),Diabetes(24.79%,Coronary heart disease(23.20%,pregnancy or postpartum(8.51%)and so on.No significant risk factors induced patients accounted for 10.34% of patients in the same period.Age?40 years old and> 40 years old two groups of patients compared risk factors,The proportion of pregnancy / postpartum risk factors in age ?40 years group was significantly higher than that of> 40 years old group(p <0.01),Hypertension,surgery / trauma, cancer, smoking, diabetes, coronary heart disease and bedridden / sedentary age were higher than age ?40(p <0.01).Mean Platelet Volume(MPV),hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT)and red blood cell(RBC)Increased count, the proportion of patients also increased.D-dimer(D-Dimer)abnormalities and plasma fibrinogen(PF)abnormalities such as coagulation may also occur.High-density lipoprotein(HDL)decreases and triglyceride(TG)rises.Conclusions:1 LEDVT formation occurs in the left lower limbs, the most common type of peripheral.2 The prevalence rate between men and women was not statistically significant.3 The major risk factors for the formation of LEDVT are age> 40 years,Surgery or trauma,Hypertension,Bedridden or less active,Elevated blood lipids,Cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumor, smoking,Obesity,Diabetes,Coronary heart disease, pregnancy or postpartum and so on.4 The risk factors of pregnancy or postpartum?40 years old were significantly higher than those of> 40 years old(p <0.01).when compared with the risk factors of Surgery or trauma,Hypertension,Bedridden or less active,Elevated blood lipids,Cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumor, smoking,Obesity,Diabetes,Coronary heart disease, the age>40 years old were higher than age ?40(p <0.01).5 The results showed that with the three indexes of hemodynamics,Mean Platelet Volume(MPV),hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT)and red blood cell(RBC)Increased count, the proportion of patients also increased.Coagulation routine examination to D-dimer(D-Dimer,D-D)abnormalities and plasma fibrinogen(plasma fibrinogen,PF)abnormal. The results of the blood lipids showed that the high-density lipoprotein HDL and triglyceride(TG)were the main causes.6 For idiopathic, but also focus on finding the cause, and for treatment.
