Objective(s):1.To identify differences in social support, stigma and medical behaviour among the general data of adolescent depression patients;2.To investigate and analyze the correlation of social support, stigma and medical behavior among adolescent patients with depression;3.To investigate the mediating effect of stigma on social support and medical behavior among adolescent depression patients. Methods:In this study,200 cases of adolescent depressive patients were randomly selected from the psychiatric department of a third-class hospital in yunnan province.Social Support Scale(SSRS)was used to measure the social support of adolescent depressive patients, and the stigma of adolescent depression was measured by using the Link Disgrasp-sense series scale(belittling-discrimination perception scale, shame response scale, shame emotion experience scale). The behavior of patients with depression was measured. All the data were statistically analyzed using spss 22.0,using t test,chi-square test, pearson product difference correlation, path analysis and other methods.Results:1.Social support(objective support, subjective support, total score of social support),experience of stigma, total score of stigma and medical treatment behaviors of adolescent patients with different household registration characteristics(agricultural and non-agricultural household registration)(active medical treatment,There is a significant difference in passive medical treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in social support, stigma and medical treatment behavior among adolescent depression patients with different genders, grades, whether they were registered in an agricultural household, whether they were only children,or their age(p>0.05).2.There is a significant negative correlation between the total score of social support and each dimension and the total score of stigma and each dimension(p<0.01).There is a significant correlation between the total score of social support and each dimension and the total score of medical treatment behavior and each dimension(p<0.01).There is a significant negative correlation between the total score of the stigma and the score of each dimension and the total score of the medical treatment behavior and the score of each dimension(p<0.01).3.The significant test result of the path coefficient of the predictive model with shame as an intermediary variable shows that social support has a significant effect on medical behavior(p<0.01),and shame has a significant effect on medical behavior(p<0.01)And,social support has a significant effect on medical behavior through the sense of stigma(p<0.01),and the sense of stigma plays an intermediary role between social support and medical behavior.Conclusion(s):1.There are differences in social support, stigma and medical behavior among adolescent depression patients due to the nature of the household(agricultural account and non-agricultural account).2.The social support of adolescent depressive patients has an effect on the feeling of shame and the behavior of seeking medical treatment.3.There is a general sense of shame in adolescent depressive patients.4.The social support of adolescent depressive patients has an effect on the behavior of seeking medical treatment through the feeling of disease shame, that is,it plays an intermediary role between social support and the behavior of seeking medical treatment.
