Objectives:To investigate the effect of red light combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the survival rate of skin flaps.Provide a new idea for the intervention treatment of patients after flap transplantation in the future, and make the flap transplantation achieve satisfactory resultsMethod:The patients who underwent flap repair in the past two years from January 2018 to December 2019 in the Department of Dermatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were divided into four groups for control observation. The temperature, color, tension and capillary of the flap were compared.Monitoring of vascular filling time to explore the effect of red light therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on skin flap recovery.Results:1.The number of patients in the experimental group who were given red light and hyperbaric oxygen combined with the increase in the number of treatment days recovered the color of the flap to red(6 people recovered from light red to red,3 people recovered from pale to red,1 person Recovery from pale to light red,2 from blue to purple,1 from blue to purple, the recovery effect is better, control group 1 given red light treatment alone and control group given hyperbaric oxygen treatment alone 2 There are fewer people returning to red(3 people in control group 1 recovered from light red to red,2 people recovered from pale white to light red,and 2 people recovered from blue purple to light red.3 people in control group 2 recovered from pale The color is restored to light red,2 people are restored from cyan to light red,and 3 people are restored from light red to red),the recovery effect is general. In the control group without intervention,3 had the least number of reds(1 from red to red,1 from pale to red,and 2 from blue to purple),with the worst effect.2.The number of patients in the experimental group who were given red light and hyperbaric oxygen combined with the increase in the number of treatment days was significantly reduced(the swelling of the flap at 12 people on the first day,and the number of exudates decreased in 8 people to On the fifth day, only 1 person had swollen flaps, and 0 people had exudation). The control group 1 given red light treatment alone had no obvious change in the number of flaps swollen and exuded with the increase of treatment days(from the first day 12 patients had swollen flaps,5 patients had oozing at the flaps, and on the 5th day,6 patients had swollen flaps and 3 patients still had some bleeds),the control group given hyperbaric oxygen therapy alone 2 As the number of treatment days increases, the number of flap swelling and exudation decreases(from the swelling of 11 flaps on the first day,and the leakage from the flap of 7 people decreases to the swelling of the flap of 7 people on the fifth day,3 patients still had partial leakage at the flap),while the control group without intervention treatment had the smallest change in number(from swelling at 12 flaps on the first day and reduction at 8 flaps to the fifth day)9 people still had swelling at the flap, and 7 people still had some leakage at the flap).3.With the increase in the number of days of treatment, the temperature difference of the flap in the experimental group given red light and hyperbaric oxygen treatment was mostly concentrated below 0.5?,and the temperature difference was shortened to 0.5? for a short time, effectively improving the recovery of the flap Efficiency, flap recovery is good, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001);but only the red light treatment control group 1 and hyperbaric oxygen treatment control group 2 on the fifth day,the temperature difference of the flap is about 1 ±0.3?,and as the number of treatment days increases, the temperature difference shortens slowly and recovers poorly;in the control group without intervention treatment 3,the temperature difference of the flap on the fifth day was 1±0.7?,and the temperature difference basically changed with time Without shortening, the flap recovered the worst.4.With the increase in the number of treatment days, the capillary filling time of the experimental group given red light and hyperbaric oxygen treatment was mostly concentrated around 2±0.34s,indicating that the capillary blood flow in the flap was normal, and the recovery was good, with significant Statistical significance(P<0.001);but the control group 1 who was given red light treatment alone and the control group 2 treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment mostly concentrated the capillary filling time around 3.1±0.3s;the control group without intervention treatment 3 With the increase of treatment days, the capillary filling time was mostly concentrated at 4.2±0.3,indicating that the capillary blood flow was poor, and the flap recovery was poor, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The recovery of flap after red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy is better than dressing only.2.The effect of red light combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy to promote flap recovery is better than that of red light therapy or hyperbaric oxygen therapy alone.3.Red light and hyperbaric oxygen therapy have a positive effect on the recovery of the flap.Red light mainly promotes the recovery of the flap through the anti-inflammatory effect.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy promotes the recovery of the flap by improving the vascular microcirculation and increasing the oxygen content in the blood.
