Objective:Understand the investigation of the hospital's clinicians to continue the professional development of the level of training,evaluation,verification of the rationality,effectiveness and applicability of the model settings.On the basis of the hierarchical training model,rational and scalable clinical education system for continuing professional development in the Yellow River Delta region will be established.Methods:The questionnaire was used to investigate the hospital clinicians,and the data were analyzed using Spss19.0 and Excel.Statistical description of the data,multiple choice questions for multiple response analysis,rank data is subjected to rank sum test,unordered data is subjected to chi-square test,the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:Needs analysis:There are differences in the continuing medical education training and selected learning content that clinicians with different professional titles hope to obtain.Analysis of the status quo:There are differences in the purpose,main methods of participating in activities,the level of participation in the follow-up project,and the source of credits,however,there is no difference in the role of participation in training and the attitude towards activities,more than 90%of clinicians say they can take it seriously,enjoy training and be effective.Cognitive situation:More than 95%of clinicians said that they understand the hierarchical training and believe that the hierarchical training is valuable,it is important to carry out hierarchical training,the training objectives of the hierarchical training are consistent with the personal development goals,and the hierarchical training programs are perfect.Satisfaction:More than 90%of clinicians are satisfied with the content setting of hierarchical training,the ability to improve the level of medical services,improve research capabilities,improve teaching ability and help accelerate career development.Conclusions:The results of the survey combined with the hospital operation indicators found that the hierarchical training model can better meet the needs of clinicians,and its application has improved the medical service level and scientific research ability of clinicians,and accelerated the professional development of clinicians.Based on the hierarchical training model,the clinical doctors continue to develop vocational education system,which provides theoretical support for the rationality of the system and the feasibility of promotion.The promotion of the education system will promote the career development of clinicians in the Yellow River Delta to a certain extent.
