Reaearch On The Safety Management Of Public Hospitals

Public hospitals are important public places for the majority of the people to see a doctor.They serve special patients.Most of them are integrated with medical treatment,teaching,and research.The outpatient and emergency buildings and inpatient buildings of public hospitals are gradually becoming high-rise buildings.The construction organization is complex,the personnel is relatively dense and the fluidity is large.There are many large-scale medical equipment,hazardous chemicals,and flammable substances.Once a fire occurs,a vicious accident that is likely to cause mass death and injury will have a wide social impact.Suzhou,as the prefecture-level city with the largest economic aggregate in Jiangsu Province,ranks among the best in the country.The Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University is an influential children’s hospital in Southern Jiangsu..If a fire accident occurs,it will not only seriously affect the lives and property safety of patients and their families,but also cause a wide range of adverse social impacts.In this paper,through in-depth investigation and inspection of the fire management of the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University,the characteristics,existing problems and weak links are analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of this,the fire protection that is in line with the actual situation of the Children’s Hospital Safety management system and measures.In terms of fire management,it has certain differences and particularities from other public hospitals.It hopes to provide management experience and reference for other public hospitals and promote the development of fire safety management research in public hospitals.In recent years,a series of major production safety accidents broke out in Jiangsu Province,and the production safety situation is grim.Under the current social background,this article takes the fire safety management of the Children’s Hospital of Suzhou University as the starting point,adopts literature research methods,and interview Method,comparative research method,summary method and other methods,combing the current status of consumer safety management in public hospitals,and drawing out the problems and causes of fire safety management from it.By drawing on advanced experience and management at home and abroad,we further explored the response strategy for fire safety management in public hospitals:establishing a sound fire safety responsibility system,establishing and improving the hospital fire safety management system,paying attention to training fire safety management professionals,and improving fire safety Management supervision system,speed up the construction and development of smart fire protection and other aspects.
