ObjectiveTo investigate the status of psychological congruence, care burden and care ability of caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia. The main factors affecting the psychological congruence of the caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia were analyzed. To study the relationship between psychological congruence and care burden and care ability of caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia. To explore the mediating role of psychological congruence between care burden and care ability,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the level of psychological congruence, improving the mental health, reducing the care burden and improving the care ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.MethodsThis study is a cross-sectional study, using the convenience sampling method, the selection of January 2019-May 2019 in kaifeng a 3 armour hospital neurology ward in hospital, discharge standard of 210 groups of patients with a questionnaire survey was conducted and the main caregivers as the research object.Investigation tools included: general data questionnaire,Sense of Coherence 13 Scale(SOC-13),Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview(ZBI),Family Caregiver Task Inventory(FCTI),SPSS 22.0 for data analysis, and Amos 23.0 for SEM structural equation model.Results1.The results of the general information questionnaire show that: 210 groups of patients and caregivers were investigated; The majority of caregivers were children 97(46.2%),women 132(62.9%)and married 168(80.0%).Among them,192 han Chinese(91.4%),138 rural residents(65.7%),78 senior high schools and junior college students(37.1%),and 124 people(59.0%)who spent 6 ? 10 h in daily care.2.The total score of psychological congruence of the caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia was(60.11±5.59),which was at a medium low level.99(47.1%)at the low level,83(39.5%)at the medium level, and 28(13.4%)at the high level; The scores of each dimension were from the highest to the lowest: comprehension(24.48±2.46),controllability(20.69±2.00),meaning(20.43±1.76).3.The total score of care burden of the caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia was 40.37±7.60 points, including 106 patients with moderate burden(50.5%),57 patients with mild burden(27.1%),30 patients with severe burden(14.3%),and 17 patients with no burden(8.1%).4.The score of care ability of the caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia was(21.36±4.12),which was at a medium low level. The scores of each dimension were from the highest to the lowest: adaptation to caregiver role(5.59±1.04),assessment of family and community resources(4.52±1.33),adjustment of life to meet care needs(4.32±1.09),handling of personal emotions,(3.44±1.71),response and assistance(3.39±1.76).5.Stroke patients with hemiplegia caregivers psychological alignment single factor analysis showed that: the caregivers of gender, age, culture level, capita income,self-care ability and level of patients with hemiplegia patients in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia caregivers psychological alignment effect statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.The analysis results of the correlation between psychological congruence and care burden and care ability in the caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia showed that psychological congruence was negatively correlated with care burden(r=-0.570,P < 0.001),and psychological congruence was negatively correlated with care ability(r=-0.732,P < 0.001).7.Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis of psychological congruence among caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia showed that the main factors affecting the psychological congruence among caregivers of stroke patients with hemiplegia were: care ability, care burden, patient self-care ability and caregiver age.8.The results of structural equation analysis show that psychological congruence can be used as a mediating variable, and there is a partial mediating relationship between caring ability and caring burden, which can produce a mediating effect of 38.30%.Conclusion1.The stroke patients with hemiplegia caregivers psychological alignment in the medium to low level, facing the burden of taking care of medium on the low side, take care of ability in the medium to low level.2.Caregiver's gender, age, educational level, per capita monthly income,self-care ability and degree of hemiplegia are the main factors affecting caretakers of stroke patients with hemiplegia.3.The ability to take care of and care burden of stroke patients with hemiplegia caregivers psychological alignment of the important factors.4.Psychological alignment as intermediary variables, which can reduce because of the burden of taking care of the care ability lower,so as to enhance the level of caregivers to take care of and improve the patients quality of life.
