Objective: The role of perioperative enteral nutrition in accelerating hepatectomy of primary carcinoma of the liver.Content: Obtain relevant data by comparing whether or not to apply EN during the perioperative period, including analysis of the patient’s general information, surgical information, examination indicators and hospital-related indicators and draw conclusions, assess the patient’s prognosis, and determine the perioperative EN in HCC Accelerate the role of rehabilitation and provide beneficial clinical trials for clinical EN preparations in HCC hepatectomy. Methods: A total of 69 patients with HCC liver resection who were treated at the First Central Hospital of Tianjin were selected.Among them, patients who applied EN during the perioperative period were group A(n = 33),and patients who did not receive EN only during the perioperative period were treated as group B.(N = 36),compare the operation situation, postoperative recovery situation, complications and laboratory examination of the two groups of patients.Results:1、The ALT of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 68.65 ± 5.98U/L and 91.32 ± 9.25U/L.The index of ALT drop significantly on the 7th(P <0.05);2、The AST of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 38.79±3.28U/L and 55.82±5.64U/L.The index of AST drop significantly on the 7th(P <0.05);3、The TBILof group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 19.64±2.01μmol/L and 26.97±2.77μmol/L.The index of TBIL drop significantly on the 7th(P <0.05);4、The DBIL of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 9.42±1.30μmol/L and 14.9±2.32μmol/L.The index of DBIL drop significantly on the 7th(P <0.05);5、The albumin of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were33.73 ± 0.46g/L and 31.91 ± 0.51g/L.The index of albumin increase significantly on the 7th(P <0.05);6、The time of anal exhaust after surgery of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 49.85 ± 3.38 h and 59.69 ± 3.48 h.Patients with hepatectomy of primary carcinoma of the liver who received enteral nutrition during the perioperative period showed a significant recovery from the time of anal exhaust after surgery on the 7th day after operation(P <0.05);7、The time of removal of abdominal drainage tube after operation of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 9.424±1.30 d and 14.9±2.32 d.Patients with hepatectomy of primary carcinoma of the liver who received enteral nutrition during the perioperative period showed a significant recovery from the time of anal exhaust after surgery on the 7th day after operation(P <0.05);8、The Length of postoperative hospital stay of group A and B on the 7th day after operation were 13.3 ± 0.58 d and 15.44 ± 0.76 d.Patients with hepatectomy of primary carcinoma of the liver who received enteral nutrition during the perioperative period showed a significant recovery from Length of postoperative hospital stay on the 7th day after operation(P <0.05);Conclusion: In this experiment,a prospective study was used to select a total of 69 patients with hepatectomy for primary liver cancer who were admitted to the First Central Hospital of Tianjin.Among them, enteral nutrition was applied in group A during the perioperative period(n = 33).Patients who did not receive EN during the operation period and only received conventional treatment were group B(n = 36).Group A began to use EN preparations three days before surgery and early after surgery.Group B had a low-fat diet before surgery. On the day of surgery, only regular fluid replacement was performed. After the anus was exhausted, the liquid was consumed after the operation. The two groups were consistent in preoperative evaluation methods, surgical strategy formulation, and surgical implementation techniques, and the drug use methods were in accordance with national legal standards and relevant guidelines.
