| Objective To evaluate the quality of life of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and to evaluate the quality of life(QOL),biochemical markers,tumor markers and functional status of KQ as a clinical basis for the treatment of primary liver cancer.CIK combined with traditional treatment can be the best way to treat liver cancer.Methods Selected from 2015 to 2016 confirmed "primary liver cancer" in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical College,Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University patients,and patients with radical resection of liver cancer.The 60 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,30 patients in the experimental group were treated with CIK cell immunotherapy after radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma.In the control group,30 cases were treated with HCC Resection,postoperative CIK treatment.Two groups of patients after a different treatment from the quality of life of patients with QOL score(including mental state,appetite,sleep quality and pain,etc.),liver function indicators(including cereal alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,albumin)And the tumor marker markers AFP(alpha-fetoprotein)decline and functional status(KPS score)and other comprehensive assessment of comparison.Results After a period of treatment,the quality of life score(QOL)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.(P = 0.005 <0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(P = 0.005 <0.05).Conclusion: The patients in the two groups have the same effect on the patients with pain relief,The(70.273 ± 20.752)U / L,(77.600 ±38.561)U / L,and the aspartate aminotransferase was reduced to(47.423 ± 17.270)U / L,(65.033 ± 39.175),respectively,after the treatment group and the control group)U / L,the experimental group than the control group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(72.873 ± 12.532)U / L and(98.533 ± 74.031)U / L,respectively,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase were reduced to(46.613 ± 16.239)U / L after treatment,(75.533 ± 41.780)U / L,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);experimental group and control group before operation total bilirubin were(28.283 ± 3.693)umol /(21.87 ± 4.138)umol / L,(21.377 ± 5.451)umol / L,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant(27.153 ± 3.483)umol /(32.873 ± 2.720)g / L,(32.867 ± 3.471)g / L,and the albumin was(40.847 ± 4.290)g / L after treatment,respectively.(36.797 ± 4.708)U / L,the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P <0.05);the experimental group before surgery AFP(490.42 ± 121.26)ng / ml,(418.47 ± 179.86)ng / ml,respectively,after treatment AFP(294.98 ± 111.56)was ng / ml,(390.51 ± 184.49)ng / ml,test group and control group before treatment CIK row AFP(P = 0.074> 0.05)difference Statistically significant,the experimental group significantly decreased than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Functional status KPS,no significant experimental group and control group before and after treatment The results show: the experimental group improved 25 patients,5 cases of stable,0 deterioration,improvement in the control group,14 cases,16 cases stable,0 deterioration,the experimental group improved significantly compared with the control group,the difference was highly statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The results of this study show that CIK cells combined with surgical treatment of primary liver cancer is effective for improving the quality of life of patients,can improve the qualityof life scores(QOL)(mental state,appetite,sleep quality,quality of life and pain,etc.)Indicators and tumor markers AFP,and improved functional status score(KPS). |
