Objective:To explore patients with high-risk(HR)human papillomavirus(HPV)positive and pathologically confirmed cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)patients, after the treatment of cervical electric loop resection or cervical cold knife cone, the part of HR-in patients with HPV clear change trend and the related influencing factors, provide people with HR-HPV-remove CIN patients and provide reference for postoperative treatment outcome and prognostic.Methods:90 cases of HR-HPV positive patients with CIN in their monthly vaginal electronic biopsy were collected from our hospital from October 2013 to December 2016.At 6,12,18,and 24 months after LEEP/CKC,the second generation mixed capture(HC2)technique was used to perform cervical HR-HPV detection in enrolled patients, and the trend of HR-HPV clearance rate was calculated and analyzed.Through regression analysis, the possible influencing factors are discussed.Results:1?99 the statistics at all levels, respectively, cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in June,12 months after operation, postoperative after 18 months and 24 months after HR-HPV clearance,CIN grade ? cases in various HR-HPV clearance time node were 69.23%,76.92%,84.62%and 92.31%respectively.CIN ? level at each point in time of HPV clearance rate is 77.78%,88.89%,94.44%and 100%;CIN ? cases postoperative HR HPV clearance at each time point were 82.98%,93.62%,97.87%and 100%,respectively.2.There was no statistical difference in age?45 years, pathological grade, surgical method, whether the lesion involved the glands or not,and the persistent infection rate of HR-HPV after the operation.3.The recurrence rate or residual rate(39.3%)at 6 months after surgery was higher in the HR-HPV-positive group than in the HR-HPV-negative group(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.HR-HPV mainly showed a significant state of regression in 6 months after the surgery. After treatment,HR-HPV almost completely subsided in about 2 years.2.After LEEP or CKC surgery, the cases with positive surgical margins were related to the persistent infection of HR-HPV,and the cases with preoperative HR-HPV virus load?500RLU/PC were related to the persistent infection of HR-HPV after surgery.Positive surgical margins and high preoperative viral load were the high risk factors for the persistent infection of HR-HPV after treatment. There was a lack of clear correlation between age, pathological grade, glandular involvement, and surgical modality and persistent HR-HPV infection after surgery 3.Persistent HR-HPV positivity is a high-risk factor for postoperative residual lesions or recurrence.HR-HPV cases were still positive 6 months after the operation, especially those patients with positive surgical margins and preoperative HR-HPV virus load>500RLU/PC.It is necessary to pay close attention to such patients and strengthen follow-up and monitoring.
