| Objective To study the cleaning effect of oolong tea on endoscopic lens during gastroscope operation.Methods The oolong tea and the sterilized injection water are respectively added into a water delivery bottle as an endoscopic lens cleaning agent.In the vitro test group,the endoscopic lens was soaked in lard,and five different concentrations of oolong tea and sterilized injection water were used to clean the lens,and the quality of the picture was observed after cleaning and the most suitable oolong tea was selected as the cleaning agent for human body test.In the human experimental group,a total of 1166 patients,from Digestive Endoscopic Center of the General Hospital of the first affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University,were randomly divided into the oolong tea group(605 cases)and the sterilized injection water group(561 cases).The general condition of patients(Age,sex,body mass index(Body Mass Index,BMI),the number of anesthetized cases,the number of biopsies,the number of staining cases),the purpose of examination(gastrointestinal bleeding,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,physical examination,dysphagia),the clarity of the lens,the time of the operation of the gastroscope,the amount of cleaning liquid consumed,the detection rate of early upper gastrointestinal cancer were compared in the human body test group.The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0.The frequency of the data is used to describe the enumeration data.The comparison between the two groups is chi-square test.If P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The measurement data is expressed by means of mean ± standard deviation.The t test is used for those who accord with normal distribution,the nonparametric test is used for those who do not conform to normal distribution,and pairwise comparisons are performed between groups using the Mann-Whitney U test.Results?Five groups of oolong tea with different concentrations in the vitro test group were treated with 1 group,2 groups,3 groups,4 groups and 5 groups.The mean of 1-group scores(3.80,±0.61),2-group scores(3.63±0.86),3-group scores(3.40±0.86),4-group scores(3.37±0.89),5-group scores(2.77±0.82),6-group scores(2.63±0.85).The score of group 1,2 and 3 was higher and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05),the score of group 4 was next,and there was no significant difference between group 2,3(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between groups 1,5 and 6(P<0.05).Group 5 and 6 had the lowest score and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).?According to the different cleaning agents in the water delivery bottle,the subjects were divided into oolong tea group(605 cases)and control group(561 cases).In the oolong tea group,there were 326 males and 279 females,aged 19-86 years,with an average age of(56.38±11.42),BMI 16.23-28.31,mean(20.91±5.86)),There were 12 cases of anesthesia,150 cases of biopsies and 5 cases of staining.In the control group,there were 299 males and 262 females,with an average age of 16-83 years(55.28±12.34),BMI 16.38-27.98.The average was(21.21±4.61).There were 9 cases of anesthesia,138 cases of biopsies and 3 cases of staining.From the point of the purpose of the inspection,in the oolong tea group,there were 67 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding,424 cases of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,54 cases of healthy physical examination,60 cases of dysphagia.In the control group,there were 62 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding,392 cases of abdominal distension,50 cases of healthy examination and 57 cases of dysphagia in oolong tea group.There was no significant difference in sex,age,BMI,anaesthesia,biopsies,staining and purpose between the two groups.?In terms of lens clarity,the number of people that got the score of 5 points in oolong tea group was 333(55.04%),which was higher than that in control group 247(44.03%),(P<0.001);the number of people that got the score of 4 points in oolong tea group was 213(35.21%),which was higher than that in control group165(29.41%),(P=0.035);the number of people that got the score of 3 points in oolong tea group was 45(7.44%),which was lower than that in control group113(20.15%),(P<0.001);the number of people that got the score of 2 points in oolong tea group was 14(2.31%),which was lower than that in control group 33(5.88%),(P=0.002);these data are statistically significant.The number of people that got the score of 1 points in oolong tea group was 0(0%),which was lower than that in control group 3(0.53%),(P=0.2215>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.?The average time of gastroscopy in the oolong tea group was(300.20±2.82),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(391.50±3.24)(P<0.001),these data are statistically significant?The average amount of cleaning liquid consumed in the oolong tea group was(10.58±0.45)less than that in the control group,with an average of(15.42±0.36)(P<0.001),these data are statistically significant?The detection rate of early upper gastrointestinal cancer,the number of people was 7(1.16%)in oolong tea group,which was higher than that of the control group 5(0.89%)(P=0.645),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The higher the concentration of oolong tea in vitro,the better the degreasing effect of endoscopic lens,but when the concentration reaches a certain height,there is no difference between the cleaning effect by increasing the concentration,and the cleaning effect was not different from that of sterilized injection water when the dilution concentration of oolong tea was too low.In the human test group,oolong tea was superior to sterilized injection water in gastric lens cleaning.And oolong tea can obviously improve the definition of the endoscope lens,shorten the operation time of the gastroscope and reduce the use amount of the cleaning liquid,but the detection rate of the upper gastrointestinal early cancer can not be improved. |
