Objective:The purpose of this study was to refer to the nursing mini-clinical practice evaluation scale.,and form mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns,so as to provide an effective tool for evaluating the clinical ability of undergraduate nursing interns under routine nursing behavior.Method:1.Preliminarily designed the dimensions and items of the mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns through literature review subject group discussion.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the dimensions and items were modified according to expert opinions to form the mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns.2.Through the convenience sampling method,116 nursing undergraduate interns from a third-grade general hospital in Shanghai were selected,25 educational nurses and nursing students were trained on the content and methods of the scales,and nursing students were evaluated by using the mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns.The project analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the data,to establish the dimensions and items of the scale.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by statistical methods,and the mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns was completed.Result:1.Formation of the dimensions and items of the mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate internsThrough literature review subject group discussion,the 7 dimensions and the 22 items of the mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns were preliminarily designed.2.Delphi expert consultation method screened itemsThe positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%;the authoritative coefficient of the selected experts was 0.88;the Kendall coordination coefficient of the two rounds of experts was 0.367 and 0.483,which had significant differences(P=0.00<0.01);The coefficient of variation of the importance of each indicator for each of the two rounds of experts was 0.000-0.115 and 0.000-0.104,both of them<0.3.In the first round of expert consultation,3 items were deleted,4 items were added,and 14 items were modified.In the second round of expert consultation,2 items were modified to form a scale of 7 dimensions and 23 items.3.Evaluation results of the scaleIn the project analysis,except for items 1 and 10,the independent sample t test for the scores of the two groups of high and low scores and the correlation coefficient between each item and the total score were statistically significant(P=0.00<0.01),so deleted item 1,considered the importance of item 10 in its dimension,temporarily kept it,and tested it in factor analysis.The Cronbach'a coefficient of the total scale was 0.857,the Cronbach'a coefficient of each dimension was 0.748-0.842;the test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.861,and the test-retest reliability of each dimension was 0.795-0.848;the content validity was 0.879;After factor analysis,a total of 7 common factors with eigenvalues>1 were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.597%.Except for the factor load coefficients of item 16<0.40,the factor load coefficients of other items(including item 10)were all>0.40,so kept item 10 and delete item 16;Finally,mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns was formally formed,including 7 dimensions and 21 items.Conclusion:Mini clinical evaluation exercise scale of nursing undergraduate interns consists of 7 dimensions and 21 items,which have been shown to have good reliability and validity.This scale is suitable for assessing the clinical ability of nursing undergraduate interns under routine nursing behavior,which can help teachers with a comprehensive understanding of the true clinical performance of nursing students in different clinical situations,and provide a basis for improving clinical teaching methods;nursing undergraduate interns can also get specific feedback in time to improve the quality of the internship.
