Application Of Nasopore Combined With Fluticasone Propionate After Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Nasopore combined with Fluticasone Propionate after functional endoscopic sinus surgery,and to provide reference information for the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.Method:Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyps who underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,head and neck surgery of Nanchong Central Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission.After admission,standardized perioperative treatment was carried out according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.The gender,age,CT scan quantified Lund-Mackay score,nasopharyngeal laryngoscope Lund-Kennedy score and VAS score of subjective symptoms in the two groups were recorded before operation.After operation,the experimental group was treated with Nasopore combined with fluticasone propionate,while the control group with normal saline.The patients were followed up at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation.The Lund-Kennedy score was recorded to evaluate the mucosal epithelialization,and the VAS score of each symptom was recorded to evaluate the quality of life of the patients after operation.By comparing the differences of preoperative and postoperative data between objective and subjective levels,the postoperative curative effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result:1.There was no significant difference in general condition,Lund-Mackay score,Lund-Kennedy score and VAS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).2.The symptom scores of nasal congestion and hyposmia in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group at three time points after operation(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the symptom score of runny nose between the experimental group and the control group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference at 8 weeks after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptom score of nodding dizziness and headache between the experimental group and the control group at three times after operation(P>0.05).The nasopharyngeal laryngoscope Lund-Kennedy score was significantly different at each time point(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluticasone propionate combined with Nasopore can significantly improve the nasal symptoms of patients after FESS,especially in relieving nasal congestion and hyposmia.At the same time,it promotes the rapid epithelialization of nasal mucosa after operation.It is recommended to be popularized and used.
