The Correlation Between The Differentiation Of Symptoms And Signs For Classification Of Syndrome And The Prognosis After Functional Endoscope Sinus Surgery

Objective:To observe the chronic rhinosinusitis patients who are based on differentiation of symptoms and signs after their therapy of FESS, including their amendment of the symptoms and the objective signs, then to analyses their different amendment and the relationship between the differentiation of symptoms and signs and the prognosis. So the patients can have a rationale in using traditional Chinese medicine, it will be to accelerate the curative effect, decurtate the course of disease, lessen the suffering, guide the amendment.Methods:This clinical study was carried out in three stages. In the first stage, we made a study scheme, according to the standard in recent years, we made the diagnosis standard, observation target, mark standard, appraisal standard of efficacy and so on. According to the recent teaching material of statistics, we fixed the numbers of Patients. The second stage is a clinic study, differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, the groups were treated with preoperative conventional management and nasal clear-up regularly after functional endoscope sinus surgery at the same time, take a record of the changes of the symptoms, objective signs and adverse effects. In the third stage, we marshaled and settled down statistically and analyzed the collected data.Results:The results of the experiment indicated that the subjective symptoms and the states of the mucous membrane were of no significant disparities before FESS, for P>0.05, which shows that it is necessary to conduct the comparison about them. In three weeks, P>0.05/P<0.05,the regular deviation is not significant In the first month, the second month and the third month, the difference was of great significance in the subjective symptoms and the signs, P<0.05, the total curative effect has dominant difference:type of insufficiency of lung-QI, splenogasric hygropyrexia/type of deficiency of spleen-QI/type of heat retention of chole, But the VAS results have no difference. The therapeutic effect is correlated with symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, course of disease.Conclusion:the results are of disparity, symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome is one of the correlated reasons. And then the curative effect of the type of insufficiency of lung-QI is best, so the ascendancy is conspicuous in the management of CRS in the use of the differentiati-on of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome,so the further investigation is essential.
