Objective:To explore whether the traditional Chinese medicine of rhodiola could affect the blood routine and the T lymphocyte subsets results of patients w i t h c e r v i c a l s q u a mo u s c e l l c a r c i n o m a u n d e r g o i n g r a d i o t h e r a p y andchemotherapy.Combined with TCM syndrome score and the KPS score to compare the response of patients with different syndromes of cervical cancer to rhodiola. Methods: Collected from January 2017 to October 2019 in the oncology department of the Hospital(T.C.M)Affiliated to Southwest Medical University, confirmed by pathological examination as 100 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma,in the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology FIGO(Phase I-III),According to the different types of syndrome, they were divided into two groups(50 people in each group)by simple random sampling, among which 50 people in the experimental group were divided into A(Qi stagnation syndrome),B(dampness and heat stasis syndrome),C(deficiency of liver and kidney yin),D(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang),E(deficiency of qi and blood),by clinical manifestations and pulse condition of tongue coating and 10 people in each group.TCM syndrome score should be evaluated before treatment, and again after the end of the experiment. The experimental group used radiotherapy and chemotherapy with rhodiola oral t r e a t m e n t,a n d t h e c o n t r o l g r o u p u s e d s i m p l e r a d i o t h e r a p y a n d chemotherapy.Recoding the scores of TCM syndrome of quantitative grading and the KPS score before and after treatment.Weekly review the blood routine and the Tlymphocyte subgroup every 2 weeks.Collected data of leucocyte,erythrocyte,hemoglobin,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ lymphocyte cells before and after chemoradiotherapy.Comparison the difference among the different syndrome types of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. To compare whether rhodiola can improve patients' KPS score and the TCM syndrome score, also to explore whether rhodiola can have stronger curative effect on patients with specific syndrome type.Statistical methods: SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and one-way repeated measurement anova was used to explore the interaction between groups and time.Paired sample T test was used to analyze the difference between baseline and different time points. The independent sample T test was used to analyze the differences between groups at different time points.Considering that the indicators had been measured for many times, the repeated measurement analysis of variance was adopted.P<0.05 was used as the criterion to judge whether there was statistical significance. Results: 1.In the two groups, the values of CD3+,CD4+,leukocyte,erythrocyte and hemoglobin in each syndrome type group all decreased, but the down-regulated values in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, and the results showed statistical differences(p <0.05).2.The mean values of CD3+,CD4+,leukocyte,erythrocyte and hemoglobin in patients with damped-heat syndrome were higher in the experimental group than those of other syndrome types in the same group, and the differences were statistically significant(p <0.05).3.The KPS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the quantitative score of TCM syndromes was lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The experimental group alleviated the inhibition of bone marrow and T lymphocytes in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma after chemoradiotherapy,of which the damp-heat stasis syndrome had the most obvious effect, suggesting that it may improve the immune function of patients and reduce the toxic and side effects of chemoradiotherapy.2.The KPS score of the experimental group of rhodiola increased, while TCM syndrome score d e c r e a s e d,s u g g e s t i n g t h a t t h e c o m b i n a t i o n o f r h o d i o l a d u r i n g chemoradiotherapy is expected to improve the quality of life to patients.
