Research On Chinese Combination Of Medical Care With Nursing Under The Background Of Healthy China

Health is the foundation of people's well-being and the cornerstone of social productivity.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the strategy of healthy China and raised it to the level of national strategy,which is the fundamental embodiment of Marxist social security system and people's livelihood thought.The strategy of healthy China emphasizes the essence of health,and the nursing and health for the aging population is one of the key issues to be solved in order to achieve the strategic goal of healthy China.The combination of medical care and old-age care is an important measure to solve this problem.China has become one of the serious aging countries in the world.With the increasing proportion of aging population,how to effectively provide for the sick elderly has become an urgent problem for the whole society.The combination of medical care and maintenance is helpful to solve the aged-nursing problem as well as to solve the treatment and maintenance problems of the sick elderly.Having drawn lessons from domestic and foreign practical experience,our state government has successively promulgated active nursing policies.Combining local practice,all governments at different levels have gradually explored a targeted model of combining medical care with elderly nursing.In this process illness treatment and elderly nursing are emphasized,making it an important way to solve the problem of nursing for the sick elderly.Of course,there are still some outstanding problems to be solved,such as imperfect management system,insufficient security system,inadequate sources of funds and investment channels,and short of nursing professionals.On the basis of defining the related concepts and theoretical research on the combination of medical care with nursing,starting from meeting the multilevel health needs of the elderly,and aiming at solving the problem of medical care for the elderly,combining with domestic and foreign experience,combing and researching on the basic status of the elderly nursing,and analyzing the typical cases and the existing problems in Shenyang,one of the major objectives to promote the sustainable development of Shenyang's medical care with elderly nursing has been clarified and proposed in this thesis,which corresponds countermeasures and suggestions.Through supporting policy and improving management system,we can form cohesive force to promote the combination of medical care with nursing;through establishing integration mechanism,we can define realization mode to attract multiple social forces to participate actively;through advocating the establishment of insurance system,broadening financing channels,we can establish a diversified investment system;through the formation of medical and nursing teams,and training compound talents,we can improve the overall quality of medical and nursing staffs;through enhancing publicity and implanting the concept of elderly nursing,we can promote the cognitive levels towards the combination of medical care with nursing in all sectors of our society.
