Objective1.To understand the current situation and influencing factors of NIS innovative use behavior.2.To understand nurses' cognitive experience and improvement needs for NIS innovative use behavior.MethodsThis study adopts literature review,questionnaire survey and qualitative interview.The study is divided into two parts:The first part:Investigation and research on the status quo and influencing factors of innovative use of nursing information system.Nursing information system using behavior status and influencing factors of the investigation,this stage adopts the "general information questionnaire",Chinese "information system using behavior scale","the nurse information ability questionnaire","the nurse autonomous learning ability questionnaire","Chinese occupational stress questionnaire","the nurse organization innovation atmosphere scale" of zhengzhou three hospitals for eligible to investigate 430 clinical nurses understand the nurse NIS use behavior status and influencing factors analysis.The second part: Research on cognitive Experience of innovative Use behavior of nursing information systemWith "innovative nursing information system using the experience of behavior and improve demand" as the theme to make interview outline,adopts the purposive sampling method to select of first-line nursing staff 14 people eligible for interview,interview information of hospital personnel 3 people,through interviews to understand the nurse for NIS innovative use of cognitive experience,further to improve the NIS master nurse innovative use of practical requirements,in order to make up for the inadequacy of a single research method.ResultIn this study,SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Statistical analysis methods mainly included: frequency,rate and percentage were used for statistical description of the composition of general data of the sample;mean,standard deviation and multiple regression analysis were used for statistical analysis of the score of the scale of the sample.AMOS24.0 was used to establish the structural equation model,and multiple mediating effects involved in this study were tested.The results are as follows:1.The score of nursing information system use behavior of nurses was(26.832±3.691),which was above the medium level,among which the score of exploratory use behavior was(3.38±0.74),which was at the medium level.2.Among the influencing factors of individual characteristics,gender,age,educational background,professional title,position,working years and system use time had statistically significant effects on the innovative use of NIS.3.Nurses' information ability,nurses' self-learning ability,nurses' occupational stress response,and nurses' organizational innovation atmosphere perception all had statistically significant effects on the innovative use of NIS.4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: "Gender"(P < 0.01)and nurses nursing information consciousness of information ability(P = 0.01),"nursing information management ability"(P = 0.05),"nursing information operation ability"(P < 0.01),the nurse in the autonomous learning ability "motivational belief"(P =0.018)and nurses occupational stress reaction in the scale of "cognitive behavioralstress reaction(P < 0.01)," psychological stress reaction(P = 0.008)"," body nervous reaction(P = 0.044),the nurse of organizational innovation atmosphere " innovation motivation(P < 0.01)," 9 variables were entered into the regression model(P < 0.05),showing statistical significance.5.Nurse information ability,self-learning ability,professional tone,innovative organization innovation atmosphere and nursing information system using behavior relation model construction and validation show that organizational innovation atmosphere on the total effect of NIS innovative use of behavior and direct effect is significant,the nurse information ability(76.8%),and professional tone have indirect effect(12.0%),the independent learning ability(23.9%)of the indirect effect is not significant;Combined with the results of the direct effect test above,it can be seen that nurses' information ability and organizational innovation atmosphere have more significant influences on the innovative use of NIS.6.The purpose of this interview is to understand the psychological expectations of innovative use of the nursing information system and the need for improvement.Through in-depth analysis and summary of the interview data,4 topics and 13sub-topics are extracted: Nurses have poor perception of the usefulness and ease of use of NIS;Nurses' knowledge of NIS innovation is insufficient;Nurses' insufficient support for NIS organization;(4)The expectation of relevant training.Conclusion1.NIS use behavior of nurses in the three hospitals surveyed is good,but exploratory use behavior needs to be improved.2.Among individual factors,gender,age,educational background,professional title,position,working years and system use time had significant influences on the innovative use of NIS,and gender had more prominent influence.Nurses information ability,professional tone,nurses ability of autonomic learning,organizational innovation atmosphere on NIS on innovative use behavior was statistically significant,the influence of information ability of nurse in nursing information consciousness,"nursing information management ability","nursing information operating ability," the nurse "motivational belief" in the autonomous learning ability,nurses occupational stress reaction in the scale of "cognitive behavioral stress response","psychological stress reaction","body strain response",the nurse of organizational innovation atmosphere "innovation incentives" eight factors influence on NIS innovative use of behavior is more outstanding;4.The overall effect and direct effect of organizational innovation atmosphere on innovative use behavior are significant,while the indirect effect of nurses' information ability and career tension is significant,and the influence of nurses' information ability and organizational innovation atmosphere on NIS innovative use behavior is the most prominent.5.Nurses need to be trained to improve the innovative use of NIS and multisectoral support is required.
