Clinical Research In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia In Perimenopausal Women

To explore the effects of Agomelatine tablets,acupuncture combined with western medical therapy on symptom score,anxiety and depression emotions,sleep quality,serum estrogen level,plasma motilin level,electrogastrographic frequencies,gastric emptying and security in patients with Menopusal patient with functional dypepsia(MPFD).Methods 180 patients with confirmed MPFD from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in China from January2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into four groups: control group,tfement group 1,trement group 2 and trement group 3.There were 45 cases in each group.Each case in control group was treated with with western medical therapy consisting of oral administration of mosapride,pantoprazole,Fufangxiaohuamei for 4 weeks,while each case in trement group 1 was treated with oral administration of Agomelatine tablets and western medical therapy,trement group 2 with acupuncture of point Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(CV12),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Taichong(LR3)and Neiguan(P 6)and western medical therapy,trement group 3 with oral administration of Agomelatine tablets,above-mentioned acupuncture and western medicaltherapy.The symptom score,self-rating anxiety ? self-rating depression scale,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),serum estrogen level,plasma motilin level,electrogastrographic frequencies and gastric emptying by B-sonography and adverse reaction were calculated pre-treatment and post-treatment in four groups.Results 5 cases in control group,4 cases in trenment group 1 and 2 cases in observation group 3 were lost to follow-up,while 5 cases were lost to follow-up in trement group 2 and 1 case was eliminated for not taking medicine strictly according to the research plan.Compared with pre-treatment,the symptom score,SAS score,SDS score,PSQI,plasma motilin level,electrogastrographic frequencies and gastric emptying by Bsonography were all improved significantly post-reatment in every group(P<0.01),the serum estrogen level was increased significantly post-reatment in trement group 2 and trement group 3(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the serum estrogen level between pre--treatment and post-treatment intrement group and trement group 1.The effective rates in trement group 3 showed significant difference to those in other groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No serious adverse reaction occurred in four groups.Conclusion Agomelatine tablets,acupuncture combined with western medical therapy can significantly decrease anxiety and depression scores,improved sleep quality,increase serum estrogen,plasma motilin and electrogastrographic frequencies,promote gastric emptying,alleviate the symptom of dyspepsia with better security and tolerance.
