Discussion On Data Ethics In Telemedicine Activities

With the popularization and promotion of telemedicine in China,telemedicine data,as a carrier and informatized expression form of telemedicine services,have a guiding role for the scientific and correct development of telemedicine services,and at the same time as a rich medical information mine,Its effective use can have a positive impact on medical scientific research and the development of medical undertakings.However,the high commercial value contained in telemedicine data also provides a problem for people to develop telemedicine data legally and ethically.Related business organizations can obtain a lot of benefits by using the development and calculation of telemedicine data.From the perspective of technical standards and institutional planning,there are still some problems in the protection and development of telemedicine data.At present,ethical crises caused by improper use and protection of telemedicine data at home and abroad have also emerged endlessly.Protection has now become a key ethical issue in the development of telemedicine.This article discusses the development and protection of telemedicine data in Chinese and foreign countries through literature research methods,comprehensive analysis methods,and interdisciplinary research methods.It also reviews relevant laws,regulations and management methods of telemedicine at home and abroad.Starting with the specific ethical problems encountered in medical development,research the contradiction between medical ethics and moral and humanities in the development of telemedicine and its causes,and explore ways to improve based on the reasons.In this research,based on the perspective of ethics theory,the author expounds the current development status,problems and challenges of the telemedicine industry at home and abroad,and conducts a classification study of telemedicine itself and its information carrier.,And then put forward the views on data rights,data commoditization,digital divide,and technology alienation in the current use of telemedicine data,analyze the causes of the problem from the three levels of regulation,technology,and theme,and combine the actual situation in the country Based on the situation,some development suggestions are put forward in combination with ethics theory.
