Objective: The apoptotic factors before and after the administration of butylphthalide in patients with acute cerebral infarction were detected,and the clinical efficacy was recorded.The protective effect was analyzed,and the protective mechanism for patients with acute cerebral infarction was clarifiedMethods: 121 hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects,according to the principle of randomization,patients were divided into control group and observation group.After removing the patients who did not meet the treatment cycle,in the control group,58 patients were treated with conventional drugs.A total of 58 patients were observed.On the basis of conventional drug treatment,sodium butylphthalide chloride injection was added.Take 14 days as a course of treatment.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,activities of daily living(ADL)scale score,and oxidative stress related indexes including superoxide Dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(malondialdehyde)were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.MDA)level,serum inflammatory markers interleukin-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF alpha)levels,apoptosis index aspartic acid proteolytic enzyme Caspase 3 and Caspase 9 levels,adverse reactions.Results: After treatment,NIHSS scores in the control group and the observation group were(12.9±2.74)and(9.3±2.15)points.Compared with the control group,NIHSS scores in the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and compared with the treatment group,NIHSS scores in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01).After treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group and the control group were(81.3±10.85)and(67.3±14.49)points,respectively.By comparison,the daily living ability of the observation group was significantly enhanced(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,SOD activity of superoxide dismutase increased and malondialdehyde MDA content decreased in the two groups,showing statistical differences(P<0.01).After treatment,SOD activity in the serum of the observation group was(89.33±9.56)U/m L and MDA content was(2.68±0.54)nmol/m L,while SOD activity and MDA content in the serum of the control group were(64.78±10.94)U/m L and(3.19±0.71)nmol/m L,respectively.Compared with the control group,SOD activity in the serum of the observation group was increased and MDA content was decreased,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum levels of il-6 and TNF-in the observation group were(35.4±12.38)pg/m L and(18.9±13.19)pg/m L,respectively.The serum levels of il-6and TNF-in the control group were(52.3±11.62)pg/m L and(26.1±14.35)pg/m L,respectively,and the serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the activity of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in both groups was significantly reduced(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum activity of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in the observation group was(494.2±83.01),and that of caspase-9 was(539.4±84.01).The serum activity of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in the control group was(720.3±151.81)and(682.3±113.99)pg/m L,respectively,and the serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with sodium butylphthalide chloride injection,the production of inflammatory factors was significantly inhibited,the activity of SOD was increased,the content of MDA was decreased,the activity of caspase-3 and caspase-9 enzymes were decreased.After treatment,it could inhibit the apoptosis of the body’s nerve cells,and it had a high safety and good clinical efficacy.
