Objective: Observed the effect of butylphthalide sequential therapy on the recovery of neurological function, the change of intracranial responsible vascular and establishment of collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our Department of Neurology from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two equal groups. The control group was given conventional treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the acute phase for 14 days, and the recovery period was changed to butylphthalide soft capsules for 76 days. Before and after treatment, both the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Daily Living Activity Scale(ADL)were used to evaluate the improvement of neurological function.MRA and MRA source images were used to observe the intracranial responsibility vessels changes and the establishment of collateral circulation. At the same time recorded the adverse drug reactions during the treatment.Result:1.The NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before and the ADL scores were significantly increased(P <0.05),and the treatment group was more significant(P <0.05).2.The total effective rate was 88% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.After treatment, the degree of intracranial responsible artery stenosis in two groups was better than before, and the number of collateral circulation established was increased(P <0.05),and the treatment group was more significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide sequential therapy can improve the degree of stenosis of responsible vessels and promote the establishment of collateral circulation in patients with cerebral infarction,so as to effectively promote neurological function recovery and improve daily living ability.
