Objective:Cerebrovascular disease was in the top two in the cause of human mortality.Compared to western countries,the number of people with cerebrovascular disease and the number of deaths are much higher than cardiovascular disease.Ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the prevalence is relatively high,can induce neuronal damage.During the formation stage of ischemia,the neurons are damaged by many steps and steps,such as the damage of free radical,the release of glutamate and its toxic effects,the excessive calcium content in the cell and the cascade of inflammation.In the past two years,we have incorporated free radical oxidation,inflammatory cascade and secondary brain injury.Both domestic and foreign studies have found that the phthalephthalein can be used to treat different pathological processes,and is seen as a new type of drug for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Ischemic stroke during the evolution process,butylphthalide can from different pathological aspects,suppression and mitigation of brain injury and brain tissue to restore normal blood supply.Animal experiments have confirmed that butylphthalide can obviously reduce the acute cerebral infarction rats had the actual area of cell death,alleviate cerebral edema,adjust the energy metabolism of brain abnormalities,promotion of collateral circulation and normal blood flow;The rapid apoptosis of nerve cells plays a role in inhibiting the formation of blood clots and prevents the accumulation of platelets.But there was not much coverage of the inflammatory response to the brain infarction.The purpose of this study was to butylphthalide cases on acute cerebral ischemia before and after treatment,analysis of interleukin 6(IL-6)and the changes of two indexes of HS CRP,the relationship between research and summarize the defect of nerve function and the severity of IL-6.Metholds:A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from the onset time of 48 h.All the cases were divided into one group(30 cases)and the other group as the control group(the same number of cases was the same as that of the other group).Another 20 normal persons were selected as the control group(n = 30).Two groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy,such as aspirin(the effect of anti platelet aggregation),statins used to stabilize plaque,assist antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs.The treatment group were treated with control group as the premise,combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection,a dose of 100m1,administered as intravenous injection,2 times / day;infusion time,intravenous infusion of two 50-70min;in the time required for 6h,butylphthalide injection infusion,need to choose non PVC infusion.Course of treatment for all cases,set to 14 D.Butylphthalide Soft Capsules,when the dosage of 200 mg,3 times / day,continuous 90 d.treatment before 1D,after the treatment of seventh,14 and 30 d four hours,according to National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale NIHSS)and Barthel index(BI)self-care ability score of the two groups.At the same time,two groups of patients before and after the treatment of different periods of high sensitivity CRP and IL-6 levels were detected,analysis of the severity of neurological impairment and the presence of high sensitivity CRP and IL-6 indicators.Results:1 Ultra sensitive CRP and IL-6 level detection: treatment group and control group cases were compared with normal control group values were slightly higher;the comparison between the two groups have strong difference(P<0.05);after seventh,14,30 d,the treatment group cases and cases of the two indicators of the control was lower than that before treatment,high sensitivity CRP and IL-6 detection and treatment group were decreased to a greater extent than the control group,there were significant differences in the strong(P<0.05).2 Neurological injury score before treatment,no significant difference between the treatment group and control group;after treatment,the scores of two groups of patients have significantly decreased,and the treatment group after treatment scores were decreased significantly(P<0.05).3 There was a significant positive correlation between NIHSS and BI scores and the levels of CRP and IL-6 in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 In patients with acute cerebral infarction,NIHSS ?BI score and sCRP ?IL-6 level was significantly positive correlation.2 Given butylphthalide can significantly improve the degree of nerve function defect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.3 Butylphthalide may be play a role of neural protection mechanism by decreasing sCRP and IL-6 levels.
