Clinical Research Of Mongolian Medicine Acupuncture Treatment Of Infantile Autism

Objective:1.To investigate the advantages of Mongolian medicine dialectical treatment of infantile autism,to observe the curative effect of acupuncture therapy on childhood autism,and to provide a systematic basis for acupuncture treatment of autism.Methods:A total of 30 cases of 3 to 6-year-old children diagnosed with autism from January 2019 to March 2019 in the children rehabilitation care department of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities were included into this research.According to Mongolian medicine dialectics,the children were divided into Qisuxilasheng group and Badagan Heyisheng group;all the patients received rehabilitation training such as sensory integration training and conductive education.Patients in Badagan Heyisheng group were first performed moxibustion therapy for 15 min at Dinghui-acupoint and an inch on all sides of it,and then performed acupuncture and moxibustion therapy(needle retained for 2 h);meanwhile,acupuncture therapy was performed at shoulder-acupoint,external elbow-acupoint,hip-acupoint,popliteal-acupoint and lower gastrocnemius-acupoint of the patients,without needle retention.Patients in Qisuxilasheng group were performed acupuncture and moxibustion therapy at Dinghui-acupoint and an inch on all sides of it(needle retained for 2 h).the patients received acupuncture therapy at shoulder-acupoint,external elbow-acupoint,hip-acupoint,popliteal-acupoint and lower gastrocnemius-acupoint,without needle retention.The needle was manipulated once a day,five times a week,with two weeks as a course.The patients rested for a week after each course.The curative effect and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and ABC score were determined after three courses.Results:The total effective rate of the patients was 73.33%(22/30).The CARS score after treatment was(35.017±3.234)points and lower than(41.1 17±3.186)points before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ABC score after treatment was(74.433±1.675)points and lower than(86.867±2.569)points before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Mongolian medicine acupuncture treatment of infantile autism is obvious;acupuncture therapy as the main treatment of infantile autism can effectively improve the eye contact,stereotyped behavior and other symptoms of children patients with autism.
