Clinical Study On Childhood Autism In Treatment Of Acupuncture

ObjectivIn order to compare with the efficacy of different way with acupucture&rahablitation treating and only rehablitation treating on Childhood Autism(referred to as CA)patients,discuss any differences curative effect with priority to treat with vasodilation contraction area of acupuncture and the rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group,seeking to build a more effective feasible parameters for the treatment of CA.MethodsThe study adopts 70 CA children according to the diagnostic criteria in ClassificationandDiagnosticCriteriaofMentalDisordersin China-Third-Edition(CCMD-3).They were divided in a 1:1 ratio to test group of treatment by suspended Acupucture&Rehablitation and test group of treatment by Rehablitation.The way of rehablitation is:TEACCH?ABA?sensory integration training?RDI and foor time for 3 hours.After rehablitation,the groupoftreatmentbyacupuncture,Acupointspickedwere Vasodilation-contract area?GV20?H7?H8?LR3?LR8?KI3?KI6,fast into the skin,uniform reinforcing-reducing method,after bring about the desired sensation,retains the needle 30 min,but Vasodilation-contract area is 60min.Every course included 30 times.The patients are treated once 2 day in the first course,3 times a week,take a rest on Sunday.After the first course,have one week rest,then the patients begin the second course which is treated once 2 days too,3 times a week,total 11 weeks.To record the data,I use the scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)to estimate and presalt diagnose with CCMD-3.Results1.Comparing the 2 groups above mentioned records of before treatment and after treatment,both two groups'data shows differences and statistically effectiveness(P<0.05).2.Comparing the scores of CARS,after the t test,the 2 groups'data shows differences and statistically effectiveness(P<0.05).It shows the treatment of A on CA patients is better than B.3.After treatment,the group A is 13 cases in markedly efficient,13 cases in efficient,5 cases in nullity;group B is 5 cases markedly efficient,16cases in efficient,13 cases in nullity.After the test of?~2,the curative effect between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).It shows instructions for curative effect index,A is better than that of B.4.After treatment,comparing with the scores of CARS&ABC,show all have statistical significance(P<0.05).It shows effecivec both A and B,A treated with Acupuncture is better than B.5.Compare with the difference value of CARS and ABC before and after the treatment,by t test,bilateral P=0.000<0.01,it can confirm Group A and B had statistical significance of ABC and CARS in he difference value,the group A was better than group B.ConclusionComparing the two groups of treatment of CA,they can effect both the comprehensive efficacy of A is better than that of B,mainly reflected in behavior and efficacy index.At the same time,treatment with the mainly method of acupucture's Vasodilation-contract area,easy to operate and implement.It can a new way for CA's treatment and provided a new data and direction.
