Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Syndromes And The Correlation Study Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objectives:Chronic non-atrophic gastritis is the common ailment of digestive system, which affects the life quality of sufferers severely. The most important risk factor of the chronic non-atrophic gastritis is infection with Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Traditional Chinese Medicine has its own characteristic and special advantage in treating it. In the study we discuss the relationship between Hp and TCM Syndrome type of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by epidemiological investigation and data statistics.Objects:Collected242cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients from September2011to January2013, who never take PPI、Antibiotics in last4weeks and never take H2Receptor Antagonist and Sucralfate in last2weeks.Methods:Collect the information of chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients by designing Cases Report Form and analysis the date using the SPSS17.0Statistics software package.Results:181cases with Hp positive accounted for74.8%of the242chronic non-atrophic gastritis, and61cases with Hp negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis accounted for25.2%.68cases male patients accounted for28.1%and female patients accounted for71.9%.The mean age was47, and50-59years and40to49years of age were accounted for36.4%and21.9%. Gender and age-related had no correlation with the infection of Hp.The most inducing factors were negative psychological factors and irregular diet The TCM syndromes of Hp positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis were silimar spleen-stomach weakness syndrome, similar liver-stomach heat syndrome, similar liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome; The TCM syndromes of Hp negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis were similar spleen-stomach weakness syndrome, similar liver-stomach heat syndrome, similar stomach heat intrinsic syndrome. According this study we could consider that asthenia and sthenia of the TCM syndromes of chronic non-atrophic gastritis was conneted with Hp.
