Objective:To screen the high-risk population of lung cancer in The Halal community and Hongxing community in Tongliao city, and to understand the number of residents at high risk of cancer screening, the detection rate of positive pulmonary nodules in men and women in Tongliao city, and the distribution map of 5 lobulated nodules in lung,so as to provide reliable information and prevention measures for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer in the city. Methods:selection of tongliao city horqin district residents more than 46 years old, adopt the unified the tongliao city community cancer screening assessment questionnaire about the common types of cancer epidemiology investigation,by the community hospital and Inner Mongolia national university affiliated hospital physical examination center lung cancer early detection treated early working group staff unified epidemiological risk assessment, into the high risk assessors in Inner Mongolia university for nationalities affiliated hospital under the guidance of CT room staff to carry out lung 256 layers of low dose spiral ICT(LDICT)examination. Results:To participate in the tongliao city community cancer screening assessment questionnaire for 6288 people, the number of evaluation for the number of people at high risk for lung cancer,1556,to 1495 the number of actual screening, participation rate is 96.1%,24.7%rate of lung cancer risk, the number of positive nodes,253 people, the positive rate was 16.9%,including 121 women, accounted for 47.8%,male population 132 people, accounted for 52.2%,lung cancer or 15 cases were suspected cases of lung cancer, the incidence of malignant nodules in three nodules difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in gender, age, nodular distribution and other variables(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.256-layer low-dose spiral ICT is of great value for the display of benign and malignant pulmonary nodule, which can improve the early diagnosis rate and provide evidence for clinical treatment.2.In this screening, the number of lung cancer detected in ground glass nodules and mixed nodules increased significantly(12.2%and 10.8%),and the detection rate of lung cancer in solid nodules was relatively small, which provided support for the cost, benefits and long-term follow-up of lung cancer screening and increased the detection rate of early lung cancer.3.The proportion of solid nodules and pure ground glass nodules was the highest in 56-60 years old,and the proportion of mixed nodules was the highest in 51-55 years old.
