Objective:1.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine tablets+Mongolian medicine Amibierigeqi-11,Yihe-Wulan-13 Decoction, and Agaru-17 in the treatment of Heuy's hypertension by taking amlodipine as a control.2.Observe the blood routine, urine analysis, fecal routine, ion, liver and kidney function,ECG and adverse events, and further evaluate the safety of the drug. Methods:According to the serial number of the visit,60 patients were randomly divided into three groups:30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The experimental group was given amlodipine tablets(Luohuoxi,5mg 1 tablet/day)+Mongolian medicine Amibierigeqi-11(early:15 capsules of boiling water),Yihe-Wulan-13 soup(noon:3g/bag of boiling water),Agaru-17(night:15 capsules of boiling water). The control group was treated with amlodipine tablets(Luohuoxi,5mg 1 tablet/day).Patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The efficacy of Mongolian medicine was observed in the two groups. The 24h AMBP index was changed. After one course of treatment(8 weeks),the data were analyzed for statistical significance.Blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, and coagulation tests were performed before the experiment. Results:? In terms of the efficacy of Mongolian medicine, the effective rate in the treatment group was 16.6%,the total effective rate was 86.6%,and the effective rate in the control group was 6.6%,and the total effective rate was 76.6%.But there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).? In terms of the effect of hypertension, the treatment group had a significant efficiency of 30%,a total effective rate of 96.6%,and a control group of a significant efficiency of 20%,a total effective rate of 86.6%.Both the treatment group and the control group had good effects, but the two groups There was no significant difference between them(P<0.05).?By observing the blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, and coagulation tests in the two groups of patients, there were no significant differences before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there were no obvious abnormal changes and other toxic side effects. Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Amibierigeqi-11,Yihe-Wulan-13 decoction, and Agaru-17 are a Mongolian medicine preparation that is effective, safe, and safe in clinical treatment of hypertension.
